Teaching in Markham, Tibet, Lama Jampa Ngodup talks of the destruction of sacred Gelupa texts and imagery. He issues a warning to all four Tibetan traditions. Those who engage in these actions under the authority of the Dalai Lama have broken their Refuge Vows.
