Viewing Messages and Profiles

Just checking on how to view profiles and certain messages.
Currently, I am not able to access many messages or profiles, which cuts into the experience of enjoying a forum.

For example...if you want to see a member's post, and they are blocked.
How do you unblock them?

I'm sorry -  i don't understand what you're talking about.. i can read all the members' posts? You can just browse the messages by clicking on the topics and reading the threads?

I don't have any problems reading the thread or enjoying the forum that way.

For example,

If I see that a member posted something that looked interesting,
and I click on that person's name like yours...

I get a message that states

"Many apologies, but you can't view just any profile."

By being able to view a person's profile, we can see what they have posted in the past.
Usually, if they have posted something interesting presently, they might have done so in the past.

Also, is there an "add a friend" option for this site that I am not seeing?
So that you can stay in touch with people's posts, etc.
