CTA will disband when the Dalai Lama enters clear light as they do not have anyone to hold them together after that. There is nothing more that they can do to control the Tibetans which they have not been doing for so long when they are supposed to. They did 0 contributions to the Dharma, which they should be doing now and they have been taking the Dalai Lama for granted all along and pushing all responsibilities to him and not learning how to do it themselves. When the Dalai Lama is gone, they will reap the consequences of their actions.
I think it is still a little too early to decide the fate for CTA. It is true that they have not been doing anything. But everything that people want to do takes time. The great wall of China is not built within a day. Hence, it is the same for CTA. If there are officials that mean well and want to do something for the Tibetan community, they would need time to change. Reason being that those CTA members that just laze and rely on Dalai Lama as compared to those that want to do work, the number ratio s high. Thus, time will be needed for them to change. We should not just put things down like that in ways that we may not see.
