Habits are actions we used to do repeatedly over and over again for a long period of time without us being aware that it eventually became part of us. We are comfortable doing those actions unconsciousnessly.

Karma is causes and its effect or result. Now, karma can be negative actions or positive actions. Karma is created when we make an action to either make the action or reaction. It means that karma can be changed towards positive or negative results.

So do we say that karma is habit? Yes, karma can become a habit. It can be become a good or bad habit depending on what action was taken.

This is a perspective which is logical enough.  :)

Like any other habits, we pick up habits from people around us such as our parents, friends, teachers in school, spouses, the media and so forth. The key is choose the people you associate with WISELY.

For those who had bad choices, it's not too late. For those who are not accustomed to performing virtuous acts or rather virtuous acts are not part of their habitual routine, the advice i did receive and would like to share with others is - FAKE it till it's REAL.
The act of faking becomes a habit and eventually it can be so natural it becomes real.

Absolutely true! It is a habit! A habit I never thought I would pick up. The habit of doing good, being kind, considerate and most importantly, thinking of other's welfare before myself! And the best part is also throwing our bad habits and adapting to the good!

As said in wikipedia....
A key factor in distinguishing a bad habit from an addiction or mental disease is the element of willpower. If a person still seems to have control over the behavior then it is just a habit. Good intentions are able to override the negative effect of bad habits but their effect seems to be independent and additive—the bad habits remain but are subdued rather than cancelled.

Better subdued than continuing with the bad habits!

Karma is a habit cultivated through countless of lifetimes.  All the good and bad things that happen to us are the results of past actions. It's very important that we should be more mindful of our body, speech & mind to create good karma for our future lives.

Totally agreed! Karma is habitual created long ago by ourselves. Its the same as the saying Good begets good. So when Karma is a habit, make it a good habit.

The longer the negative habits remain the more difficult  to change our negative  karma. Therefore we must always practice to free the mind and train to purify all negativities .We can  break bad habits and  not  generating more negative karma by applying the Four Opponent Powers;-
1. Power of Reliance:- Taking Refuge and generating Bodhicitta
2. Power of regret
3. Power of Remedy :- Hundred Syllable Purification Mantra of Vajrasattva
4. Power of Restraint:- Promise not to commit negativities again
