TRIJANG RINPOCHE'S SAMPHELING MONASTERY IN CHATRENG

It is so heartwarming to watch this video of the interview on Kensur Rinpoche Lobsang Chojin of Chatreng Sampheling Monastery.  The people of Chatreng have strong faith and devotion to Trijang Rinpoche.  No matter what rained and stormed around the world defaming their protector, they remained steadfast and loyal to their guru and lineage.  Kensur Rinpoche also gave an account on how and why Kyabje Trijang Dorje Chang had handpicked Chatreng monks who are known for their trustworthiness and reliability to go on an important mission to escort the Dalai Lama escape to India in l959.

He speaks passionately about following the instructions of one's root lama, in this case Kyabjye Trijang Dorje Chang and his views about Gyalchen Dorje Shugden. He also said it is important to have a genuine guru who can explain the Dharma and guide us on the spiritual path. He only believes in his root Guru and the Protector no matter what others say.

He also elaborated about how the Dalai Lama was escorted out of Tibet by Chatreng lamas and people through the instruction of Trijang Rinpoche who was advised by Dorje Shudgen during that critical period. Also how some the Chatreng monks gave their lives in a fight with the Chinese protecting the Dalai Lama.

It is so promising and wonderful to know that the people of Chatreng are faithful, inspiring and devoted to the Protector Dorje Shugden practice ,their Guru and lineage.

Not only is it beautiful but it is also sacred for our lineage. It will one day be one of the great strongholds of Dorje Shugden's lineage and practice to proliferate out into the world. One day, it will be the springboard from which the lineage will proliferate out into China and then the world.

It is wonderful to know that the people of Chatreng Monastery are very trustworthy and very loyal to their lineage, Guru and Protector. Lobsang Chojin speaks passionately about following the instructions of one's root lama and they are not affected by how people criticized the Protector. It is heartening to hear that their faith in the Protector is 100% and they will never change despite the rumors and gossips.  Due to the devotion of the monks and lay people and through the blessings of the Protector, Chatreng Monastery is doing well and buzzing with activities.

It is important to know and have faith in your Guru, you must have check his background and to find out more information about him before you took refuge and be his student. Everyone should do that. And if you claimed yourself to be his student, one should never have any doubt in your Guru, as he is the one who will teach, groom you to be a better person and ultimately leading you to enlightenment. Of course i am saying this based on the fact that your Guru is genuine and know what he is doing and teaching. We must always check ourselves as well on why sometimes we are not progressing in Dharma and do not blame others but always self-check ourselves first.

We should always practises Guru Devotion and do not move easily by those who have lots of negativity and bad mouthing others regularly. If we do encountered these kind of situation, simply walk away or even take this as a challenge to check how strong we are towards the real practise or even our devotion to our beloved Guru.

What a wonder video. It is so great to see that Chatreng still has so much Guru devotion and faith in their lineage. They are true holders of the lineage as passed down by the Guru. So clearly preserving the Dharma until the time comes when it is accepted again. Then no doubt Chatreng will become a great and famous throughout the world again.

It is truly touch to see how the monks in Chatreng are bold, loyal and straight. Their Guru Devotion were strong. It is touched to listen that many on them died while escorting The Dalai Lama to escape.
Hopefully Dalai Lama remembered who save him and lift this stupid ban because of politic.

Faith is very important in everything we do because it will lead us to success . Anyone who what to pick up any practice we must check the lineage and the guru carefully before we commit ourselves so I suppose this monk from Sampleling Monastery have full faith in their guru Trijang Rinpoche no matter how difficult the situation they will never give up their practice and their guru.
