Serpom monks join Shar Gaden for Winter Prayers!
« on: December 30, 2014, 12:54:30 AM »
Some pictures for everyone to rejoice in! 163 monks are leaving Serpom Monastery to join Shar Gaden Monastery for winter prayers. Nice to know that despite the Dalai Lamas illegal ban on Shugden, these monks are keeping their traditions alive. As was said on Facebook,

Quote
May the activities of our Shugden monasteries and lamas continue to grow and all of their prayers manifest.

Pretty sure one of those prayers is for the ban to be lifted asap ;)

Thank you DharmaDefender for sharing these pictures. It is so touching to see that despite all the discrimination, obstacles, threats, the monks are still keeping their teacher’s teaching and the precious Protector teaching close to their heart.

May their always be protected by Dorje Shugden and may the ban be lifted soonest.

Looking at these photos  changed my day! These monks are true, real and faithful DS practitioners, my sincere salute to them ! They are not at all bothered by all the accusations, hindrances, discriminations and hardship  but instead they endured with it and continuously prayed  for the ban to be removed . Thank you DharmaDefender.

Lovely sight of monks from Serpom joining Shar Gaden monks in prayer, to carry on a wonderful tradition. Looking at them, we seem light years from all the controversy and conflict. Seeing you in a sacred holy place, it is just incredible to imagine that spirit worship takes place here. Far from it. These holy monks are peacefully engaging, as Sangha  members, to preserve the dharma in sacred activities.May the ban be lifted very soon. May your prayers for freedom to worship the great Protector of the Dharma and Tsongkhapa's doctrine be answered swiftly.

DharmaDefender, thank you for sharing these wonderful pictures of the Serpom monks getting ready to board the buses to join the monks at Shar Gaden for winter prayers. I am sure that the buses would cost lots of money, yet they are making this trip to perform the prayer together with their Shugden practicing brothers.
May those misguided by the untruths begin to realise the twisted facts that have been fed to them all this while.
