Where is Tibet? A litany of lies
« on: June 01, 2016, 12:26:20 AM »
Great article here:

http://www.dorjeshugden.com/all-articles/features/where-is-tibet-a-litany-of-lies-from-the-tibetan-leadership/

It reveals the Central Tibetan Administration’s litany of lies and false promises related to Dorje Shugden:

PROMISE #1: Give up Dorje Shugden because it will help the Tibetan cause;
PROMISE #2: Give up Dorje Shugden because it will protect the Dalai Lama and extend his life;
PROMISE #3: Give up Dorje Shugden so the Chinese stop spying on us;
PROMISE #4: Giving up Dorje Shugden will lead to a harmonious Tibetan society.

Part of the conclusion:

"And the goal of rangzen (or umaylam – whatever is preferred) seems just as unattainable today as it was 60 years ago, regardless of whatever the Tibetan people have been told to give up in order to achieve it. They have given up Dorje Shugden, they have given up their teachers, they have given up their commitments, they have spent 20 years directing violence and vulgarities at those who refused to give up Dorje Shugden…and yet, they still have not achieved rangzen or umaylam. So what is the excuse now? "

It is sad that even after their lies not producing any results, a lot of Tibetans still choose to follow their incompetent leaders.

Today, Dorje Shugden practitioners still have to endure the abuses and vulgarities hurled towards them on daily basis, out in open and most rampant on social media.

From what I see, the more the violence towards Dorje Shugden people, the further away their cause for Tibet will be achieved. Why?

They are creating negative negative cause collectively for any chance to have positive outcome for themselves. Not only their cause is built on wrong motive by their leaders, their actions are totally wrong in Buddhist aspect. Buddha taught compassion and kindness, what they do is the direct opposite of Buddha's teaching. This is the Law of Karma.

So where is Tibet?
Tibetans will get their Tibet back only if they united, hence, has the better chance of negotiating with the Chinese government. Dividing people with the ban on Dorje Shugden is the wrong move and policy by the Tibetans leaders.

Time to reconcile, lift the ban.

Makes you wonder whats in it for them that their doing that. Why support the people who are so obviously taking advantage of their faith in HHDL and robbing them? Sounds like a really bad case of Stockholm Syndrome? Hahaha

Well theres karma and theres practicality. Practically speaking, the more violence, the more obvious the true nature of the Dharamsala lot becomes. The more obvious their true nature becomes, the fewer people who will support them and the more opportunities for China to say "see, told you their evil and feudalistic."

Any simple minded Tibetan would by now, know for sure that those are very lame reasons given by the CTA to coax them into giving up their Dorje Shugden practice. Sadly, most of them are not in the least bit daring to voice their opinions for fear of getting on the bad side of their government.

Now that more of the younger generation of Tibetans who have been accepted to live in a third country and have been educated are starting to question the credibility of such excuses.

I am totally disagreeing on Promise number 4. How can splitting the Tibetans into Shugden practitioners and non-Shugden practitioners lead into a harmonious Tibetan society? It just does not make any sense.

If we are to believe in the Buddha's Teachings, then everything is caused and everything is driven by karma. And so, the Tibetan people lost their country because of their collective and negative karma.

What were the Tibetan people thinking when they decided that condemning attained lamas, creating and supporting schisms amongst the sangha, breaking samaya with Gurus or otherwise lending their efforts to force Shugden practitioners break their oaths made to their teachers and Dharma protector, telling lies about an enlightened being, destroying Buddha images, denying monks and innocent people, was the way to purify their negative karma? It is madness to think that committing all these wrongs would win their country back.

And yet, the Tibetan people can hardly be blamed because they trusted the Dalai Lama and their politicians. The full weight of all this karma will have to borne somehow by those perpetrated these sins.

@vajratruth,

What the CTA and the blind followers are doing now, accusing and abusing Dorje Shugden practice and practitioners, they are actually creating huge negative karma for all Tibetans and for their cause to have a peaceful return to their motherland.

Although the CTA and Tibetan leaders bear heavy negative karma for inciting practitioners to leave the holy practice given by their Lamas (broken samaya) and even encouraging them to condemn their own root gurus, all Tibetans are sharing this collective karma effect.

Unfortunately... heavy price to be paid by all Tibetans = they've lost their country and their now freedom.
