Thank you for sharing this great historical event here with all of us. It is very important as many of us do not know about what Lord Tsongkhapa has did in his lifetime although we are practicing his prayers.

It is sad to see how Duldzin Dragpa Gyaltsen's actions for Dharma has been forgotten and wiped aside because of this ban. He has done so many great things for the Gelug lineage, yet not many people know who he is. More so even now, his emanation's (Dorje Shugden) practices are being banned.

This is really no way to treat a great lineage master. Being forgotten for all the deeds he has done to benefit us.

It is precisely this attitude that will be the downfall of the CTA as them trying to whitewash the history of their own lineage cannot bring any good at all. it generates the  karma that will cause the CTA to fall and fail as a government, a supposedly Buddhist government that is supposed to serve the people and protect the Dharma but instead is destroying it. It wont be long before things get out of hand and they lose credibility and trust in the long run. If only they would just accept history as history...

The 4 major deeds of Lama Tsongkapa are very well documented in this post.  It is amazing that such great deeds can be achieved from pure dedication.
