This is very contradictory... Lobsang Sangay said that money can't buy faith, but CTA keeps saying China is funding the Dorje Shugden practitioners. Is that not "buying" faith? Oh, so you now have double standards? Non Dorje Shugden practitioners' faith can't be bought, but Dorje Shugden practitioners' faith can be bought?
