It appears that Sikyong Lobsang Sangay is refuting the Dalai Lama who has previously declared that he supports One China Policy

No one is refuting anyone. The evil dalie and the minuscule Sangay are just telling everyday a different story, just because they have no story to tell.

They and others such as rangzenpas just represent a bunch of self-exiled Tibetan mafiosi, ex-slave owners, making noise in order to attract some foreign support in their desperate attempt to survive.

Such crackpots have never served the interests of Tibet and Tibetans; rather, they serve only their own greedy interests, and the interests of their no-less greedy Western bosses.

Therefore it's up to the masses of deceived Tibetans in exile to wake up, to realize that they are just used by such unscrupulous, self-appointed impostors, and thus forever to get rid of such a despicable scum, and go back to their own land and work hard for their country, tradition, culture and religion.

It is a fact often encountered by listeners to the Dalai Lama and Lobsang Sangay as to who is telling the truth as besides contradicting each other, they also contradict themselves.

Words are spoken by Dalai Lama to suit a "political" situation and that is so easy to "get" away with as besides being a religious and spiritual leader there are no responsibilities for whatever is being said on the political arena at any point of time or place.

Any contradictions being said by one so reverend sends waves of confusion all over and that is the real purpose. Great attention seeking method.

As logical bystanders, look at the results of both Dalai Lama and the CTA, what had been done to help the Tibetans.  What had been done to end the disharmony and segregation caused by the BAN on Dorje Shugden.

A Government with no international standing should not focus on seeking attention for world issues but to do her best for her people, examples are to negotiate with China for Tibetans to end their exile status, harmony and peace for the practice of Buddhism with the worship of a 400 year old Protector.

May CTA do more and talk less.
