Ganden Sumtseling Monastery was built by the Great 5th Dalai Lama. It is one of the most important Gelugpa monasteries which practices the Supreme Protector, Dorje Shugden which has remained vibrant and strong since the time of the 5th Dalai Lama with his blessing.
