Thats very interesting fact to know Lama Gangchen chooses to master so many languages he is very serious about spreading the buddha dharma and Dorje Shugden. He is the kind of Lama who can assist CTA in the quest for meaningful autonomy, if he CTA would just stop putting out a contract on him.  CTA you have not gotten one negotiation last year which shows how inept you are, are you going to keep isolating DS lamas who have the connection and influence over the CHinese?

The fact that CTA wants to kill a UN Ambassador speaks lots for their goals and to how "spiritual" they really are. It speaks a lot for their mentality and maturity to actually think further than just from their little world. CTA will not get any negotiations as long as they uphold the Dorje Shugden ban and as long as they do not speak up clearly against the self immolations that are happening in China. They should also stop showing hatred against the Chinese because that will not improve relations. It is rather funny to see a supposedly Buddhist government not knowing so many of these basics.
