I have forgotten to add that HH Locho Rinpoche Dorje Chang is age 88 when passed away into Nirvana. Hope that everyone would dedicate their prayers, puja and homework to dedicate His Holiness's return to 3 Realms to salvage mother sentient beings.

I have also received news from United Nations For a Free Tibet (India) today:

"UPDATE:
Just a very short time ago, Denma Lochoe Rinpoche, one of the senior most Lama's of the Gelugpa, passed away.

Denma Lochoe Rinpoche is a very High Lama and the uncle of the very generous, compassionate and kind Norbu family in Mcleod Ganj
We are very sad hearing this news and pray for the Rinpoche.

Tomorrow (friday) a very special Puja for him, some senoir monks will go to his residence and others stay at the Monastery (Main Temple) and perform prayers and Puja there..

information received from Ven.Pema/UNFFT

Kyabje Denma Lobchu Dorjechang is Glen Mullin's root guru.  Glenn Mullin is a Tibetologist, Buddhist writer, translator of classical Tibetan literature, teacher of Tantric Buddhist meditation and leads tour groups to the power places of Nepal and Tibet.  I found this information on the Facebook of Glenn Mullin:

"With great sadness I write that my main root guru, Kyabje Denma Lobchu Dorjechang, passed away yesterday at his home in Dharamsala. RInpoche was 86 years old. He was one of the greatest tantra lineage holders of his generation. I attach a photo of his meeting with the Dalai Lama a week or so earlier. It is auspicious that Rinpoche was able to say goodbye to the Dalai Lama in this way. Rinpoche had agreed to teach in the West again in the future, which is an auspicious sign that his future incarnations will be similarly beneficial to us Westerners. Many thousands of people received their initiations from him over the past forty years or so. Rinpoche was the greatest Dharma heir of the lineages of Kyabje Ling Dorjechang, who was the senior guru of the Dalai Lama. When Ling Dorjechang passed away in 1983, Denma Lobchu Dorjechang became principal holder of his tantric lineages."

All the great masters are passing away. Mostly all we have now are clones of the false Dalai Lama... What does the future hold for Je Tsongkhapa's tradition?

My Dear Frd, Please do not be dejected and negative. Through Guru Puja, we can request Enlighten Beings to reincarnate in 3 Realms to reappear as 3 Realms Savior to benefit mother sentient beings.

More write up on the late Dema Locho Rinpoche in the Tibet Sun:

By Lobsang Wangyal
MCLEOD GANJ, India, 23 October 2014
Denma Locho Rinpoche passed away at his home in McLeod Ganj after a brief illness. He was 86 years old.

Sources said Rinpoche has entered into the meditative state (Thugdam), a phenomenon in which Buddhist masters remain in meditation after death. They could remain in this state for days or weeks.

Rinpoche had a private audience with the Dalai Lama a week ago.

Born in Kham in eastern Tibet in 1928, he was recognised at the age of six as the reincarnation of a famous yogi, Choying Gyatso, from the local Selkar monastery. At age eleven Locho Rinpoche entered Drepung Loseling Monastic College near Lhasa. There he obtained his Geshe degree (equivalent to PhD) at age 25, and then completed his Tantric exams at Gyume Tantric College in 1958.

Following the Chinese invasion of Tibet in 1959, Rinpoche fled to India. He lived in Sarnath for two years, and then spent two years on a research fellowship at Calcutta University before becoming principal of the Buddhist School of Dialectics in Ladakh for six years.

In 1967 he become abbot of a small monastery in Manali before moving to McLeod Ganj, where he lived most of the time. He served as Abbot of the Dalai Lama’s Namgyal Monastery from 1986 to 1991.

Locho Rinpoche received many teachings from the late Venerable Ling Rinpoche (the senior tutor to the Dalai Lama) and became the main lineage holder of all his teachings.

Denma Locho Rinpoche is a recognized incarnate lama of the Loseling College of Drepung Monastery. He is an incomparable luminary of Je Tsongkhapa's lineage and the ex-abbot of Namgyal Monastery. He hails from Drepung Loseling. Upon receiving the Geshe degree in Tibet, he entered the Tantric College in Upper-Lhasa. He is also a teacher of Kyabje Gelek Rimpoche. Locho Rinpoche has been an honored guest of Jewel Heart several times and Drepung Loseling Monastery USA as well as in the Netherlands.
He taught The Wheel of Existence: The Twelve Links of Dependent existence in the Netherlands ( 1987 )
May Dema Locho Rinpoche have a swift rebirth and continue to turn the wheel of dharma.

So sad to read news of the passing of another holy monk into Nirvana. H.E Dema Locho Rinpoche is a direct disciple of Kyabje Ling Rinpoche and Trijang Rinpoche. Like his root guru Kyabje Ling Rinpoche, he does not practice Dorje Shugden but he has never spoken against Dorje Shugden.  He is known as a great teacher and one of the last great Gelugpa Masters from Tibet. May he swiftly return to this world system and continue to guide all beings to the path of enlightenment.
