DL's black magic ?

Later, on another occasion, we were performing a ritual of Hayagriva. It was not particularly aimed at Dholgyal. The aim was to destroy anything, be it human, non-human, a lama, a deity or a ghost, that harms the Dharma and the just cause of Tibet. Whatever it is, it should be eliminated. It can’t be helped.

-”Concerning Dholgyal with reference to the views of past masters and other related matters”  A talk on Dholgyal by H.H. the Dalai Lama, Dharamsala, October 1997 (dalailama.com)

So the Dalai Lama uses religious rituals to destroy anything, including other people, that harms the cause of Tibet? They should be “eliminated?” Are these the words of Avalokiteshvara, Buddha of Compassion? And meanwhile he accuses Dorje Shugden pracitioners, with no proof and no basis whatsoever, of using “black magic?” (see Not Afraid of Spirits, below).

If mixing politics and religion in this macabre way, and using your prayers to kill others is not black magic, what in the world could black magic be?

I think that instead of putting the blame on His Holiness the Dalai Lama, we should all work together to lift the ban peacefully and harmoniously. We do not have the authority to doubt His Holiness if we truly believe in Buddha Dharma.

Using Buddhist prayers or rituals to destroy anything? It doesn't even sound like something a Buddhist would say. In Buddhism we don't ask the Buddhas or protectors to kill a being, we ask the Buddha to help them understand or help tame them, not kill them. If Buddhist asked the Dharma Protectors to kill a being or human why do we call ourselves Buddhist? Buddhist are supposed  to practice compassion so having said that it means we don't ask Buddha to kill someone or something no matter how evil it is.
People say that the Dalai Lama is an emanation of Chenrenzig and Chenrenzig is an enlightened being so how can he say such things?

Looking at everything the Dalai Lama said it is really hard to understand whether the Dalai Lama is a Buddha or not. Meanwhile let's all pray that the ban will end soon and hopefully without any brawls.

It has happened before in Buddhists history that high lamas did pujas to subdue spirits and bound them to becoming a Dharma protector. Even Nechung was a spirit before, and was bound to be a Dharma protector.

If Dorje Shugden is indeed a spirit/devil, by doing rituals, He will be subdued, right? Why not HH Dalai Lama and CTA just gather all the high lamas from different sects and then do a ritual and bound Dorje Shugden?
