Interesting oracle costume?

Are these images of a Kache Marpo oracle costume? Hes not carrying a spear which Id expect based off this http://www.dorjeshugden.com/all-articles/features/kache-marpo/ so I cant say for sure. The mask reminds me of Kache Marpo though.

I found these images on Facebook and there was no description of who it is and I cant even remember whose profile I got it off! Anybody help?

could it be Tsiu Marpo perhaps, the guardian of Samye Monastery after Pehar moved to Nechung Monastery.

Tsiu Marpo carries a lance, lasso, ring, sometimes a heart.
