Considering that Tibet being recognised as part of China forms official stance of most countries around the world especially the developed ones (i.e. the source of CTA’s financial aids), basically Lobsang Sangay is saying, “You are all wrong but I will take your monies anyway”.
Seriously, at this juncture he should really focus his energy on a more pragmatic solution instead of harping on an issue which does not contribute towards positively furthering the Tibetan cause and also attempting to instigate continued/more negative sentiments towards China.
Then again, maybe that is too much to expect of Lobsang Sangay or CTA who are only there to capitalise on the suffering of Tibetan for their own self-interests.
