Tsem Tulku is Duldzin Drakpa Gyaltsen?

Is Tsem Tulku the incarnation of Drakpa Gyaltsen?

He just posted on his website that his personal lineage includes Duldzin Drakpa Gyaltsen.

His article is titled "The Fourth Edition of the Promise".

This is the first time I have heard about this.

Does anyone have any further information about Tsem Tulku and Duldzin Drakpa Gyaltsen being one and the same?

Please click on the high lighted "Duldzin Drakpa Gyaltsen" and it will take you to the separate article on "Duldzin Drakpa Gyaltsen.

You will find the quote on Duldzin Drakpa Gyaltsen reincarnating as "Tulku" Drakpa Gyaltsen and then as Dorje Shugden.

Sorry for any confusion I was just so excited in discovering H.E. Tsem Tulku is the reincarnation of Dorje Shugden that I made this error.
