Two "Middle Way" Sikyong candidates left with Sikyong 2016 Election coming soon. So what does Penpa Tsering do? He goes for an all-out assault on Dorje Shugden:

"6) Security: The biggest problem to order and stability in the Tibetan society in exile today comes from followers of Dolgyal. Moreover the biggest threat to the life of His Holiness the Dalai Lama is also posed by the foot soldiers of the Dolgyal group. This is a fact recognized by the intelligence agencies in both India and the USA. The foot soldiers of the Dolgyal group have carried out such violent campaigns as murders, arson and beating within the exiled Tibetan community. And they continue to conspire with the government of China to carry out both open and covert actions to harm the fundamental cause of the Tibetan people and the order and harmony in their society. In particular, wherever His Holiness the Dalai Lama travels, Dolgyal followers make it a point to hold demonstrations at which audaciously insane slogans are shouted. In order to pre-empt the effectiveness of their actions, countermeasures will be taken. The true historical origination of Dolgyal and its background and the dangers of worshipping it will be publicized in the places where the foot soldiers of the Dolgyal group live and shout their protests. The sordid actions and the hidden aims of the Dolgyal group foot soldiers will be exposed. And whenever Dolgyal group foot soldiers carry out illegal actions, recourse to judicial remedy and other actions under the laws of the concerned countries will be taken. In the case of those who willy-nilly find themselves subsumed under the influence exerted by Dolgyal followers due to their difficult circumstances and for numerous reasons beyond their control, the concerned Tibetan people as well as people living in the Himalayan regions and foreign followers of Buddhism will be given explanations about the true implications of worshipping Dolgyal. They will thereby be provided much-needed counsel in an attempt to wean them away from the misguided path."

This is full of false claims, fans hatred, extremely divisive, smells of authoritarianism, and downright ugly campaigning. I hope this is not a good representation of Tibetan society in India.

It's like US elections, where both Republicans and Democrats fight to show who is more subservient to the AIPAC lobby -- and once elected the first ting they do is to go to Jerusalem to confirm their subservience.

In the same way, exiled Tibetan “Sikyong” candidates fight to show who is more subservient to the CIA-sponsored evil dalie's strategies, such as waging war against innocent Shugdenpas.

But there are a few so-called Shugdenpas too, fighting to show how much they can lick the feet of the evil dalie, even saying that their practice of Dorje Shugden is just a “small part of me”, and that “my main practice is Dharma” -- thus implying that Dorje Shugden is no Dharma practice at all.

Therefore, no matter how much one might rightly criticize the evil dalie and his minions, the fact remains that many so-called Shugdenpas are no better than them -- just greedy, unscrupulous politicians wanting their share of power within the Tibetan theocratic, corrupt establishment-in-exile.

Ah, just the desperation of Penpa Tsering in his election campaign, thinking that he will earn favours with the Dalai Lama's supporters. Little did he know that his dirty politics ended with Lobsang Sangay winning and both of them being chastised by Nechung and Tseringma. It goes to prove that evil does not win and Lord Dorje Shugden protects his people. May the right prevail and the ban on Lord Dorje Shugden be swiftly lifted to benefit more people of this degenerate times where negative karma is strong.

Elections are over. But, this manifesto is not going to go away soon. But, to the people who should read it carefully, it is invisible. They seem to be unable to see this. 

All they are interested in is how pitiful they are without a country. Sorry, there are so very many refugees in the world and they have taken steps to seek asylum or worked towards citizenship in some country. And, they have not totally lost their believe and culture. Why are they still harping about Mao's China abusing them? And, they create all kinds of excuses to carry that chip on their shoulder and bringing more suffering to many other unnecessarily.

They claim China took their land, Tibet. But, the CTA is taking the Tibetan settlement in India away from other Tibetans. So, what's the difference?
