I was just going through old posts on this forum, and came across this site. I dont understand a word of it, but its nice to know that even back in 2008 there were websites being built in languages other than English which are dedicated to Dorje Shugden.

For the Tibetan government to say that our practice is by uninformed Westerns is clearly a load of bollocks because someone clearly had the devotion to translate the teachings and information into Russian. But its not surprising that Dorje Shugden has been translated into Russian...I know that Dorje Shugden has a strong following in Mongolia (see the links below), and Mongolia and Russia have traditionally had a very close relationship. Its not a very far-fetched idea to consider that the practice travelled through Mongolia, and in to Russia.

ho ho and just for a bit of politics...

Just remembered a recent post about how the Russians are also now getting wary of associating openly with the Dalai Lama or showing overt support towards him. Have a read of the discussion here: http://www.dorjeshugden.com/forum/index.php?topic=2919.msg38746#msg38746

So more and more countries are now aligning with China and turning a slightly colder shoulder towards the Tibetans and their cause... for no reasons other than the fact that it makes political and economic sense to side with the bigger nation. And with China being so encouraging of Dorje Shugden practice, Lamas and monasteries (see this here: http://www.dorjeshugden.com/all-articles/the-controversy/tibetan-buddhism-erosion-from-within-or-without/), it looks like Dorje Shugden is going to find its way easily around the world. Haha the irony. As a few mere tens of thousands of Tibetans quash Dorje Shugden practitioners for supposedly destroying the cause for them to get back into Tibet, China is encouraging the practice among its own 1.2 billion people.... and beyond, into the rest of the world.

Let's see who wins this battle. Remember, Russia's a pretty huge place too.

Wow! Not only Asia, now Russia and Africa (http://www.dorjeshugden.com/all-articles/news/blessings-in-zululand/) are also having Dorje Shugden's blessings!

I think this has nothing to do with politics. A protector who is swift and powerful will "find" His way to bless the people who believe in Him.

Wow!  This is too cool.  There are many practitioners out there who are watching the movement of Shugden, if Shugden is evil the practice won't grow, the people won't pick it up.  The substantial growth of the Shugden's information as if it's telling people that the truth is coming out very soon.  Now we just have another new language!!!  Congrats to the team who did this behind the website of Russia.  This has proven that somebody must have benefited from the teachings and protector practice,  may protector practice grow!

It's not only that it's not exactly the best of ideas to support the Dalai Lama during a time where China is the dominant country, but it is also how the Tibetans are not giving back to the world as a whole. Sure, the Lamas may be going around and giving teachings, but what about Tibetan laypeople? Instead of giving back to the world they just take and take and take and now they hope to get the pity of the world but the rest of the countries are starting to get numb to their self immolations and self pities.

Mongolia/Russia has their own 'Dalai Lama' - the Jetsun Khalkhas who is to Mongolia what the Dalai Lama is to the Tibetans. And he is a Dorje Shugden practitioner. It is only when the 9th Jetsun Khalkha passed away last year that the Dalai Lama started to 'invade' Mongolia and break into the Buddhist scene there with an anti Dorje Shugden book, but I doubt he would be successful as they already have Jetsun Khalkha.

Nice website lotus1... I cannot understand a word it is saying however the images of Dorje Shugden in there is the same as those in NKT. Is the site belonging to NKT in Russia? Anyway I rejoice in seeing more websites educating people on our lord protector's practice. Many will certainly benefit from it

So yes I am not surprised that the Russians are more incline to follow their communist counterpart China and it would be excellent to one day hear news that a great Dorje Shugden temple is set up in Russia itself!

Lies cannot hide the truth for long. Eventually, people will find out the truth about Dorje Shugden and they will not be happy when they realize they have been lied to. CTA will not be able to play the pity card anymore once this happens and they will lose funding and respect of those who has been supporting and funding them since the beginning. With the advent of the internet, it is even easier for people to uncover the truth and decide for themselves what is true and what is false and when that happens, usually the liars will get burnt. Lets hope CTA cleans up their act before that happens.
