This is a slap in the face of the CTA, even China can sponsor trips for high lamas like Lama Jampa Ngodup Rinpoche to go abroad to teach. This shows that China is tolerant of religious freedom as contrary to allegations by the CTA. Buddhism and DS practice definitely is growing in China and abroad!
