The official Dorje Shugden Oracle (Kameng Dulzin kuten)from Gaden Shartse Monastery now residing in the USA sitting next to the 102 year old Mongolian Guru Deva Rinpoche in Mongolia.

Guru Deva Rinpoche was a very devoted student of Kyabje Trijang Rinpoche. Guru Deva Rinpoche was considered a manifestation of the Wealth form of Dorje Shugen (Ratna Shugden) within the Tibetan communities.

Guru Deva tirelessly promoted the pure teachings of Lama Tsongkapa and was a great devotee of Dorje Shugden. Guru Deva also tirelessly promoted Dorje Shugden and rebuilt many monasteries that originally housed Dorje Shugden in Mongolia.

Sadly, Guru Deva Rinpoche entered into clear light last month May 2009. His assistants and students are awaiting his new incarnation. Extensive pujas are being done to generate the merits for his precious incarnation to appear. We should hear good news in the near future.

Dear Alexis,

Star Wars saga is full of many religious conceptions and traditions. All the episodes are worth to analyze them in many levels. Related to your commentary of "Looks like Zong Rimpoche's trying to raise his X-wing from the swamp!", I have always seen master Yoda as a Buddhist master or guru. I remember when Yoda says to Anakin: "The fear of lost (attachement) is the path to the dark side", "Fear is the path to the dark side, fear leads to anger, anger leads to hate, hate leads to sufrfering"...    "Attachement leads to jelousy...death is a natural part of life...train yourself in everything you fear to lose".

By the way, for those interested. The Ewoks speak tibetan! Yes my friends, any tibetan speaker will actually understand what the ewoks are saying! I got some of it!

Here is another one: When Luke raises C-3PO in the air in front of the ewoks, the ewoks start prostrating and chanting, the religious chant they are singing is:

'Sangye cho dang tso kyi chog nam la/
Jangchub bardu dag ni kyap su chi/
Dag gi jin sog gyi pay sonam gyi/

Kabje Dakpo Rinpoche of France giving teachings at Trijang Institute. Dakpo Rinpoche is a very great practitioner of Dorje Shugden and very devoted to HH Kyabje Trijang Dorje Chang the great Tutor.

Two great enlightened masters meet and share light hearted moment. The great Abbot emeritus of Gaden Shartse, Kensur Jampa Yeshe Rinpoche with His Eminence Gangchen Rinpoche of Sera Mey.

These great masters both share the same root teachers Kyabje Trijang Rinpoche and Kyabje Zong Rinpoche.

These are the last great masters to have escaped from Tibet.

Zimey Rinpoche is the root guru of the Geshe Thupten Jinpa who is the english translator of the current Dalai Lama.

Geshe Thupten Jinpa has lived over a decade in the very house of Zimey Rinpoche in Gaden Shartse Monastery studying under Zimey Rinpoche.

It is Zimey Rinpoche's kindness that Thupten Jinpa has gained his knowledge. Thupten Jinpa serving as the Dalai Lama's translator is a testimony to the greatness of Kyabje Zimey Rinpoche.

Zimey Rinpoche has already taken rebirth in Mongolia now.

Thupten Jinpa lives in Canada.

Another Great Student of HH Kyabje Trijang Dorje Chang


This picture is of the erudite master/scholar/yogi of Sera Mey Monastery. It is Gyalrong Kensur Rinpoche  who resides in Sera Mey. Who is also one of the teachers of the current Kejok Rinpoche (Australia) and Yongyal Rinpoche (USA) and also Pabongka Choktrul Rinpoche (Nepal).

Gyalrong Kensur Rinpoche is very great practitioner of the Vajra Yogini tantras and extremely devoted to Dorje Shugden. He hold great reverance for his root guru HH Kyabje Trijang Dorje Chang.

He was the Abbot of Sera Mey chosen by the Dalai lama and was very successful during his tenure as Abbot.
