Shaolin Kung Fu is a martial art that embodies the doctrines of Buddhism as practised by monks of Shaolin Temple.  Shaolin Kung Fu blends martial arts with meditation to attain a better knowledge of Buddhism, in particular, regarding insights into true nature of the mind. The system was created to  teach the monks basic methods to improve their health and defend themselves . When one shows interest only in the Shaolin martial art initially , gradually without knowing   Buddhism will  incorporate in him . This is the one of the most appropriate ways to spread Buddhism in this degenerate era.

I've always been fascinated by the Shaolin Temple and the Shamokin Martial Arts. Buddhism is somehow associated with the Shamokin Temple as there are monks and very young monks to be living there as well.
Buddhism is the practice of compassion and this is a good way to spread Buddhism during this time.
