Happy Birthday to Trijang Rinpoche!
There is so much to rejoice about in these pictures.
And this is only a beginning, with the lineage that He holds, with the message that He has, with the looks also, with the line of incarnation that Trijang Rinpoche has going back all the way to Siddharta charioteer's, Trijang Rinpoche, an ally of Dorje Shugden, is on His way to become a superstar (with all respect due), one that spreads not music and movies but spirituality, happiness and the end of all sufferings: enlightenment!

HH Trijang Chocktrul Rinpoche is truly a Lama of these times. His style and obviously being still young appeals to many in the west. To have volley ball and soccer games during his birthday celebration is in line with the times. The Lama is skillful and will endorse activities to hook and connect people with the Dharma.

This is Trijang Rinpoche's 31st birthday as he was born in 1982. What a delight and rejoicing to see these photos of HH Kyabje Trijang Choktrul Rinpoche – the reincarnation of the great and enlightened Master Buddha Vajradhara HH Trijang Dorje Chang Lobsang Yeshe Tenzin Gyatso (1900-1981), one of the greatest Gelugpa Buddhist Masters of the 20th Century and the lineage holder of Dorje Shugden practice. May Rinpoche live long and confer the Dorje Shugden practice far and wide!

I love seeing these photos of HH Trijang Chocktrul Rinpoche's birthday celebration. It is amazing to see him being so accessible to the public here. Many high lamas are engulfed with protocol and almost completely inaccessible in their ivory towers, yet here is HH Trijang Chocktrul, playing ball games, no less! What a spectacular lama he is turning out to be... perhaps he is in a unique position of not being a monk and that is why he can act like this, though i do believe that he is a monk/buddha at heart, regardless of what his outer look is. This outer impression will make him very attractive to spiritually searching young people of today.

I am just thoroughly happy that HH Trijang Chocktrul is becoming such a spectacular being. I wonder what lies ahead for this young master.

It is indeed true that HH Trijang Rinpoche is seemingly accesible to those who come and seek blessings and celebrate his birthday. But I am very sure that security is tight as well. Protocols and security are expressions of devotions necessary for students to practice and gain merits from.

Look at this video here where HH Trijang Rinpoche is constantly escorted by bodyguards to ensure his safety. We call our gurus "Rinpoche" or the Precious One for a reason, because they are precious and should not be taken forgranted of.

Point No.6 Trijang Rinpoche told the abbot: H.H. the Dalai Lama says he has to ban Dorje Shugden because the 5th Dalai Lama banned Dorje Shugden, so he is following in the footsteps of his own predecessor. H.H. the Dalai Lama is continuing the works of his predecessors as this is only ‘right’ since he is the incarnation of his predecessor. This is the logic H.H. the Dalai Lama gave. Then Trijang Rinpoche refuted this and said, then Trijang Rinpoche himself must follow in the tradition of his own predecessors by continuing his practice of Dorje Shugden, which is a very logical point. How come only H.H. the Dalai Lama can continues with his predecessor’s ‘legacy’ and no other Tulku or reincarnated lama may do so? Very powerful and valid point. There are more Tulkus who have practiced Dorje Shugden in their previous incarnations, so why are they not allowed to continue in this incarnation without persecution? Why is one man’s decision (Dalai Lama) allowed to override all others? Where is the religious freedom? H.H. the Dalai Lama’s policies do not allow for other lamas who wish to continue their predecessors legacies to do so in freedom. In fact there are hundreds of Monasteries, regions in Tibet, families that have practiced Dorje Shugden for centuries that are persecuted. This is their freedom to continue their legacy. Why is this not allowed is what Trijang Rinpoche questioned. This is what millions of Dorje Shugden practitioners have been questioning since the ban started.

H.H. Trijang Rinpoche's points are so powerful, wise, logical and truthful. He stands firm to what He believes and He has every right! And so do we INSPIRING and COURAGEOUS LIKE A LION.

Yes I can H.H. Trijang Rinpoche taking over as the biggest and most influential Tibetan Lama very very soon! Bigger than HHDL most are already predicting and probably true!

Also being Ganden shartse abbot from india etc.  At first glance it doesn't look like there is much security but security was very tight, even at the soccer games.  There were a minimum of few people watching from out side and on the Vermont team with HH trijang rinpoche la, there were about 5 people that are very close to him including both of his brothers.

There were threats from the Shartse abbot to Trijang Rinpoche? I can't believe that there are people who would dare to threatened a Buddhist teacher's life... especially one that has done so much for Tibet and the people! This is really times of degeneration... even sangha members are hard to trust. Very shameful for Buddhism as a whole!
