Reuter's article
« on: March 02, 2014, 09:32:45 PM »
it is unbelievable how many media are writing about the protests  :) http://www.reuters.com/article/2014/02/22/us-usa-dalailama-protests-idUSBREA1L17O20140222 and it looks like that the world learns the story about "Dorje Shugden" not about "Dholgyal", the name used by the Dalai Lama PR. Soon "Dholgyal" will be a forgotten name.

It is good for the press to drop the word 'Dholgyal' from the news. At least the press is not siding with any parties. Religious freedom is a big topic. The press should do more detail coverage surrounding the Dorje Shugden issues because Buddhism is one of the growing religion here in US.

Anyhow the world does not know the differences "Dholgyal" and Dorje Shudgen. It jus make us more comfortable and happier that the disrespectful description is used. Anyhow I feel the protest made significant impact of the issue to the world. More people knows that the Dalai Lama is not who he is made out to be. There is a not so hidden side of him that needs to be exposed.
