I love it when Kashag shows how inept and utterly foolish they can be, they still think these are olden times when their word is law. That they can pull wool over people's eyes. The only people they can get to follow their erroneous ways are those Tibetans who have no other recourse and have to rely on them for their livelihood and life progress.

Nechung their state oracle is clearly a spirit that was subdued by Guru Rinpoche and here they go again with their calling the kettle black. If the 14th Dalai Lama had followed the Dalai Lama the Kashag would have lost their golden goose, who could they have relied on to get the support for the Tibetan cause if not the Dalai Lama.

Many tv stations have gone to film at Shar Gaden and Serpom, there are no blood thirsty criminals or people of shady nature amongst the Dorje Shugden monks who have courageously left their age old sanctuary of Gaden and Sera, so they can follow their hearts and what they have promised their Gurus. Isn't guru student relationship the pith of Vajrayana practice and the foundation for all spiritual progress?

Tibet as a nation has not invented or innovated much, their greatest legacy and achievement is they took on to preserve Buddhist teachings and have refined and kept it for the entire world up till this day an age. The success of the tibetan nation are due to many talented individuals who are adept at practicing the buddhist faith through the reliance of their Guru. Now due to Kashag's obscured policies and deluded views they want to kill their golden goose and throw mud at the importance of Guru Student relationships?

If only they would check what Dorje Shugden has helped the Tibetan people and nation so far, perhaps some humility could emerge within their mindstreams.

Correction -> If the 14th Dalai Lama had followed the advice of Nechung the Kashag would have lost their golden goose, who could they have relied on to get the support for the Tibetan cause if not the Dalai Lama.

I wonder if they passed this resolution as a result of the recent articles on this website that attacks CTA for going against its constitution with regards to instituting a religious ban. Anyway, what's the point of passing resolution when there is no real basis to the ban except that its on the Dalai Lama's insistence and instruction. Anyway, the CTA should really leave the religious aspect of its governance to the monasteries. Let the monks handle the ban. CTA should come clean as a secular government.

Another worsening resolution of the Tibetan Parliament compounds the suffering! It is causing incomprehensible damage to Buddhist practitioners in Tibet and around the world.  It is retrograding the Dalai Lama and its administration.  Dalai Lama and CTA are destroying their opportunity to a Free Tibet movement or even self-autonomy rule.  Do you believe the Dalai Lama and CTA truly care for Tibetans inside and outside Tibet?

It is outrageous!  CTA made everyone a criminal for practising Dorje Shugden.   Libel is a statement that is falsely: Charges any person with crime, or with having been indicted, convicted, or punished for crime. Also, in normal democratic societies, you can't refer to someone as a criminal unless he/she has been convicted of a crime.  Has CTA gone buzzard?  Oh Lord Buddha it so extremely unbelievable, they stoop so low.

The Central Tibetan Administration has violated the following Human Rights Act by passing these laws against Dorje Shugden practitioners:

Article 2 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights act

"Everyone is entitled to all the rights and freedoms set forth in this Declaration, without distinction of any kind, such as race, color, sex, language, religion, political or other opinion, national or social origin, property, birth or other status."

Article 18 of the universal declaration of human Rights act

"Everyone has the right to freedom of thought, conscience and religion; this right includes freedom to change his religion or belief, and freedom, either alone or in community with others and in public or private, to manifest his religion or belief in teaching, practice, worship and observance."

Article 26 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights act

"shall promote understanding, tolerance and friendship among all nations, racial or religious groups, and shall further the activities of the United Nations for the maintenance of peace."

The Dorje Shugden Ban Breaks All Constitutional Laws including the constitutional law of India, CTA, as well as the Declaration of Human Rights Acts.  CTA is caught red handed.

How can the already pitiful Tibetans in exile who have lost their country depend on Central Tibetan Administration (CTA) as their government? Seriously, what has the Tibetan government achieved since the Tibetans were in exile? Nothing substantial that benefit the Tibetans in exile. In fact the very existence of the Tibetan government is a total disservice to Tibetans. CTA did more harm than benefit the Tibetans!

By passing these resolutions and enforcing the ban on Dorje Shugden, CTA has made a mockery of the Tibetan Parliament and the Tibetan Constitution. If CTA cannot abide by its own law and constitution, then why adopt the constitution in the first place? What kind of leadership is this?

CTA is such a total embarrassment for the Tibetans all over the World! Time and again CTA has shown its stupidity, childishness, immaturity, incapability, insincerity, selfishness, abuse of public resources, lackadaisical attitude, the list goes on.

Sadly the future is very bleak for the Tibetans in exile if CTA does not change for the better. Forget about Free Tibet from China.  Now is the time to free Tibetans from CTA!

Embarrassing for all Tibetans and to think that you call yourself a Buddhist nation?

Just what do they achieve from these resolution in enforcing the ban, nothing good and positive can come out of it. Let's see, so far the ban have created...

1) Disunity amongst the Tibetans which causes a split
2) Suffering that causes disharmony and violence amongst Tibetans
3) Contradiction of their own democratic constitution that claims respect towards all faith
4) Breaking  Human Rights Constitutional Laws - this now means their resolution is an spat and an insult to United Nation Human Rights Law for Religious Freedom

We cannot just sit and keep quiet about this, we must speak up and tell the world to not allow this slide by... one of the many things we can do is to sign this petition http://www.change.org/en-GB/petitions/dalai-lama-end-religious-persecution-of-faithful-buddhists

The idiotic CTA say they wish to find out exactly what Shugden protesters want, obviously they are still unaware with all we have done... hence let's continue doing more!
