More hard evidence, the Dalai Lama and Central Tibetan Administration cast out Shugden children who had newly arrived on Indian soil from Tibet hoping to be in the care and education of the Tibetan leadership but they were cast out merely for the reason that they practised the great protector, Dorje Shugden.  Why the compassion of Dalai Lama who is Chenrezig discriminated little kids from Shugden family?  Innocent little kids are not spared in the ban.  Why do Chenrezig despise little innocent kids?   Why do kids have to suffer at the expense of the ban?  This is injustice and violates human rights to the core!

Kangra SP Gyaneshwar Singh under Section 3(2) of the Foreign Registration Act has issued notices to 16 Tibetan children, who entered the country via Nepal by obtaining special entry permit, to leave Himachal Pradesh within one week.

The SP said there was resentment prevailing among the Tibetan community against these children and a problem of law and order could emerge in McLeodganj Therefore, they had been asked to move out of the state, he said.

These children were allegedly the followers of Shugden sect of the Tibetans, who were ideologically against the supremacy of the Dalai Lama. They were basically hardliners and were allegedly indulging in violent activities that could lead to breach of peace.

As per the reports available, these children in the age group of 13 years to 18 years belongto the Gedang area of Tibet had arrived at McLeodganj on July 15 this year for Tibetan studies and since then they were kept in Tibetan Reception Centre, a temporary hostel run by the Tibetan government for the new arrivals from Tibet.

The SP has issued notices to these children to leave the state reacting to a complaint filed by the Tibetan administration. They had come here on valid documents.

The fate of these children is not known as either, the Union Government will deport them back to China where they may land into jail or the district police will arrest them as per the law of the land after one week, the expiry of the notice period. The Tribune correspondent tried to meet the children but the Tibetan authorities did not allow him to meet them.

These evidences needs to be recorded down! And they say there is no ban? What kind of Buddhist society and govt is this? The Tibetan Leadership sure acts, talks and walks like a typical communist regime!

It’s so ridiculous! The discrimination is too much!

Innocent children being discriminate from being care and education from their own government. It’s really shame to the CTA. In order to make the country strong and improve is to unite the people and provide the best education to train the young generation to bring the government to another level. The exile is very weak and incapable to gain freedom. But what make things worse is that they never think long term on how to educate the young one to continue preserve Tibetan culture and believe.

These children came to India in search of better education and hoping that their government will be able to help them to have a better future. Instead, they now face eviction from their community who reported them to the police. It was the CTA who reported them. This is just betrayal in broad daylight. All this is because they have a different set of practices. How could the Tibetan community prosper and grow if the government keeps on dividing and cause disharmony? All they do is they blame China for their failure in their cause.

Even the notice from the Dept of Health to their doctors and nurses. All should give up their Dorje Shugden practice else quit! No two ways about it. This is clear discrimination and they still claim that they treat all Tibetans equally and have freedom. What more evidence is needed?

This is ridiculous to discriminate children. The parents bring the children to India for a better future and education but it turns out they are going to be evicted just because of practicing the religion they deem evil?
What about freedom of religion that the CTA mention? How cruel to treat the same people differently just because they practice Dorje Shugden.
Evidence are there and let's hope that the fight for the ban be lifted as soon as possible.

CTA is really a ruthless government! Because CTA had enforced the ban, these 16 Tibetan children had to be deported! Evidences of abuse and discrimination by CTA and others towards Dorje Shugden followers abound! CTA stop lying! Dalai Lama stop lying! you said there is no ban, you are wrong!  Please lift the ban as the ban is causing a lot of inconveniences, problems and suffering for the Tibetans who practise Dorje Shugden.

Is this the Dalai Lama's idea of Compassion & Wisdom? Are these the actions of a holy being or of a Religious Dictator?

The sign is outside Gaden Jangtse monastery medical centre and it reads:

"We disassociate from anyone affiliated with Dorje Shugden.

The community of Gaden Jangtse is in full agreement that these people are not permitted the use of our health care, doctor consultations etc."

HA !! no ban! what's the lies that CTA trying to tell ? If there are no bans, why these signage appear? If there is no ban, CTA why your team have no Dorje Shugden practitioner. How many lies you trying to tell and disgrace to H.H Dalai Lama.

Oh, guys, don't be silly.  Ban? Please! I mean it is not banning people from practicing right...they are just saying that you can practice if you want to, but then you can't work in the government or have equal rights or enter our shops, or clinics.... but that's not a BAN you guys, that's just good advice from His Holiness. oh sorry I think I had a sip of the Dalai Lama's cool-aide... don't drink the cool-aide you guys.
  This is the sort of evidence that we need to mention when we mention that there is a ban to the west.  saying just that people were thrown out of monestaries, while significant if the person understands Tibetan Society or Buddhism, isn't as effective with westerners as mentioning that the kids are sent back, away from school, that the Clinics close their doors to Shugdens, etc.  That is easier to understand, regardless of your religious background.

No ban? CTA treats all Tibetan fairly and equally???!!! With these evidence that showing what are happening and how the Dorje Shugden practitioners are treated, one can surely do their own judgement call if there is any ban and if there is any human rights abuse to the Dorje Shugden practitioners.

There are so many cases of the Human Rights Abuses but CTA just denied it. Liars!! We should let more people know about these and create more awareness to people around what is happening actually. Please be fair. Lift the ban!
