WOW! That is a massive number of people, what a great feat, which Trijang Rinpoche and Dorje Shugden lamas and practitioners are able to unite. I don't see 400,000 people attending teachings of the Dalai Lama!... This is great. By enforcing the ban and giving silly illogical reasons as to why the ban is in place, CTA and Dalai Lama are doubting and indirectly saying that these 400,000 people are 'wrong' in their thoughts and questioning their intellect. I don't think it is possible to even prove that Dorje Shugden practise is bad, because this turn out says it all - that Dorje Shugden's practise is effective, that Dorje Shugden is not an evil spirit, the practise does NOT shorten the life of Dalai Lama, and that Dorje Shugden lamas are genuine in spreading and preserving the Gelugpa lineage. If all that Dalai Lama claimed about Dorje Shugden was true, why would there be SO MANY PRACTITIONERS all around the world, and the number is still growing? It doesn't logically make sense!
These practitioners are great, to come out at a time where so many dare not, to prove to the Dalai Lama and the world that guru devotion, pure practise and propagation of the Buddhist doctrine are a few of the key aspects that arises from Dorje Shugden practitioners. The ban must come down, so that Tibetans and Gelugpa Buddhist practitioners can work as ONE to bring Buddhism to a world which desperately needs it. Afterall, being Buddhist is not about harming and stopping one another, it is about how we can help one another to relieve each other's sufferings. It is about attaining liberation, and not violence and pulling oneself farther away from liberation. Thank you for this, it makes me soooo happy to know that support for Dorje Shugden practitioners and monasteries still come in full force.
