Tagtshang Lhamo Setri Monastery
« on: July 23, 2014, 09:57:55 AM »
Dorje Shugden on the Black Horse was historically worshipped by the Sayka Tradition as early as the 17th century before it was crossed over to the Gelug tradition. One of the earliest Gelug Monasteries that enshrined Dharmapala Dorje Shugden was Lhamo Setri Monastery in Tibet formerly known as Tagtshang Lhamo Monastery.

May the precious lineage of Dharmapala Dorje Shugden spread from Tagtshang Lhamo Setri Monastery in the ten direction. May the Sangha of Setri Monastery continue to turn the wheel of Dharma, bringing Buddha’s teaching to all corners of the earth, reaching new heights of peace and harmony amongst all nations.  May everyone enjoy religious freedom and the ban of Dharmapala dorje Shugden be lifted immediately to flourish forever more.

What a beautiful monastery and picture of Dorje Shugden.  Om mani padme hung, may the ban on Dorje Shugden lift and may religious harmony and freedom be embraced.
