While this is good, there is still no legal action against the perpetrators. The evidence of the crime is provided by the perpetrators themselves in their website.

I think one good thing to remember is that Zong Rinpoche told us that sometimes in Tibet people pretended they didn't do Shugden but did and people who didn't do Shugden said they did, and stepped into do the practice for them, but really were doing another practice.
I always think about how that karma can now ripen in the west, especially when I am looking at the ISC.

Publicity of the reply by ISC may act as a deterent as any major negative action will reflect on the Dalai Lama. Whilst they may want to quietly create instability, they are also dependant on the international sponsors. In my humble opinion, things will be quiet for a while. heheheh do I sound like Uriah Heep in Charles Dicken's David Copperfield?

Thank you ISC for standing up for the the protection of all the people on the CTA's list.

As we have said many times the WORLD is watching you CTA, if any harm is done to any of these lamas and people, there will be police coming in the dead tonight to your houses to speak to you. Still we need to be vigilant against all attacks.

ISC you guys are totally awesome for protecting all these people, and you are all doing a wonderful job in fighting this BAN. Thank you (visualises Je Tsongkhapa's and Dorje Shugden raining blesings down on all of you).

When Central Tibetan Administration (CTA) is the law enforcer as well as the perpetrator, there won't be enforcement.  Legal action against the perpetrator is not possible.  Unfortunately, these wanted Tibetans have no legal recourse against CTA!

A government like CTA who proclaimed to the world that it had adopted the United Nations conventions on Human Rights in its constitution and yet in reality CTA had not been adhering to its constitution.  A government that does not protect its own citizens' constitutional rights and wellbeing does not deserve to be called a government.  CTA had considered the Tibetans in the Wanted List as the enemies of the Tibetan 'state'!  Do these Tibetans in the Wanted List deserved to be treated as such?  Do all the Tibetans who practise Dorje Shugden deserved to be treated likewise?

There are so many other democratic countries that accord their citizens better human rights and living conditions than what CTA is offering.  These suppressed Dorje Shugden Tibetans may be loyal to their government CTA and His Holiness Dalai Lama.  But for the last 18 years, CTA and His Holiness Dalai Lama had been neglecting the human rights and welfare of these pitiful Tibetans Dorje Shugden followers.  It is status quo until CTA and His Holiness lift the ban.  Are these Tibetans Dorje Shugden followers going to remain unaffected by the ban and continue to suffer?  Choose CTA or freedom in other democratic countries?  Choose suffering under the ban on Dorje Shugden or take immediate action to protest against CTA to lift the ban once and for all? Samsara is already bad. The ban had made it worse.  Time waits for no one. Lift the ban NOW! Stand united to protest (peacefully) against CTA and His Holiness Dalai Lama for the unjustice done for the last 18 years! The choice is yours.  Liberation is in the palm of your hand.

Thanks Icy for sharing this news.

The CTA have long bully their Tibetan fellowship and they thought that they can do the same to other. The moment they published the list, this have shown how incapable of CTA to handle the issues.

I like what ISC said " The duty of a government is to care for all its citizens. The CTA does the opposite."/. This is absolutely true. CTA do not care for their welfare of Tibetan, the moment this ban issues, looks at how CTA imposed the rules to further bring suffering to their Tibetan who stayed at same refugees camp.

What a shame CTA, how have you shown to the world the ways you treat your people.

Being the religious leader of Tibetans, His Holiness would definitely be working closely with the Central Tibetan Administration (CTA), especially so when matters pertain to religion. Therefore, I am surprise as to why His Holiness has not uttered a single word in reply to the "wanted list" issued by the CTA. Why has HH remained silent, and why has he not stopped the publication of this 'wanted list', knowing full well that the published list will definitely create violence between his supporters and the protestors. Remaining silent is usually a sign of agreement, because you have no further comment and approve of the situation going on. So in effect, His Holiness is directly supporting violence towards DS practitioners, when clearly as a religious leader, he should act in a way that protects all, instead of those in his favour.

Great that the ISC responds and holds the legal representatives of His Holiness in each country responsible. Hopefully it would deter any violence against the names published in that list, but I think that it would not do much in the long term. The best way to protect all is for the ban to come down.

There may be no legal recourse for now, but things change. It has been many years since the Second World War ended and there are still hunts for Nazi war criminals even today. Therefore those in the CTA should bear in mind that they cannot so easily escape prosecution for their human right breaches. No doubt, much of the offences committed in enforcing the Dalai Lama's illegal religious ban were carried out under orders, but the CTA is still a legally independent entity which has to account for its actions one day. The Dalai Lama will not always be around for the CTA to hide behind.

This 'wanted list' is just one of many abuses committed by the Tibetan government-in-exile against Shugden worshipers. I am certain there are many more unreported cases as the CTA has a history of violence and maltreatment. These will surface one day in the future. It is quite foolish for those in the CTA not to see that, and instead think that the ban will prevail and eventually all Shugden practitioners will fade into insignificance. The opposite is true and not only is the Shugden ban now entering main stream global media, it is also drawing more educated supporters with means and access to governments and institutions of justice.

If indeed the nations of the world are serious about preserving harmony among all religious groups (which has become more and more critical) in the world, they must one day soon, demonstrate their willingness to move against religious crimes and the CTA/Dalai Lama persecution of Shugden practitioners must surely be one that will return to haunt the CTA politicians.

"The duty of a government is to care for all its citizens. The CTA does the opposite. The world is watching."

Precisely. Thank You ISC for your respond towards the act of crime. CTA really thinks that they are living in the era whereby their messages or memo goes only to those who are not expose. They should realised that this memo of theirs has reached the international waters. And if anything happens to these "wanted" list physically, they will be answerable to the world.
