I have seen many proof on the ban, mainly on WSS, ISC and TPT website. They have very good source of information. Just recently, ds.com publish another article and gallery containing all the proof we need to show people that the ban exists, and there are some new documents in there that are not available in other websites at the moment. Glad that ds.com worked on something like this.

Do take a look, some of the documents are ridiculous... who would have thought a democratic government would enforce something like this and marginalize their people for their religious belief

Thanks Q and hard working people of dorjeshugden.com for this definitive proof of the Ban on Dorje Shugden by the Dalai Lama. It is appalling that with so many public statements made by HHDL himself and the actions of the CTA in discriminating the practitioners of the Protector that HHDL and the CTA still insist that there is no ban.
So, these documents is fantastic proof  that there is a ban and Shugden Monks and Tibetans in general are discriminated for their practice.

The effects of the ban on the Tibetan Dorje Shugden followers are extensive.  Are these documents are not proof enough the existence of the ban? I know; it is really insane that they think they can make official edicts (from the government) encouraging people to not associate with Shugden people even materially, like going to their shops or letting the Shugdens in their shops.  Sorry but both the Dalai Lama and CTA are expecting us all to be idiots.  Lying to people back when most people couldn't read about what they wrote was pretty easy, I guess.  But we can read what they are writing.
  So their CTA/TGIE is making these ID cards only for people who will disavow Shugden, only allowing travel for monks who will disavow Shugden, and also they keep making open public statements, open public documents saying (as the government, mind you) that people should not associate materially or spiritually with people who do Shugden prayers.
  Okay, so the practice itself is not banned, just the people who do it are under government encouraged discrimination within the communities- that equals segregation and apartheid.

These are excellent solid evidence to proof the stance of Dorje Shugden practitioners. Whatever claims that have been made has to be backed up by evidence to prove that it is true, and there can be no refutal that there is a ban against the practise of Dorje Shguden through this article. If this was brought to court, the verdict would definitely be in favour of Dorje Shugden practitioners.

Whatever claims made by the CTA or denying that there is discrimination against Shugden practitioners is a mere lie as the CTA or His Holiness cannot come up with proof for the accounts that they have given. What truth is there if there is no proof, as it is all based on talk. But dorjeshugen.com has provided a platform through this website that highlights all the truth that is happening and backs all that has been shared through solid evidences and proof. And these evidences provide the knowledge for people to see and understand the real situation that is going on.

It is so clear to see that there is no access to religious freedom. His Holiness Dalai Lama has always spoken against this practise, and in that alone, he is already telling people to not practise it. Even if he has denied that he has ever said there is a ban, by speaking negatively about Dorje Shugden, His Holiness being a religious leader already puts a message into people's minds that the practise is bad, and those who do it are bad thus dividing practitioners. If that was not his intention, then he should have not even publicly speak about Dorje Shugden and using derogatory term such as dolgyal in the first place. So what is his intentions by doing so?

The truth is out. This crime against the basic right of mankind dealt by the Dalai Lama and CTA has been enforced and the only way to clear it is that Dalai Lama apologizes on the comments made on Dorje Shugden by him and his party, and lift the ban to allow religious freedom.

Thank you DorjeShugden.com for all the effort to compile the collections of official letters, documents, threats and all evidences that proves that the ban on Dorje Shugden’s practice does exist, was enforced, and that Dorje Shugden practitioners are discriminated against and segregated as a result.
With these solid proves, we can see how much sufferings that Dorje Shugden practitioners have to endure just to continue the practice that passed down by their teachers. They do not harm anyone. However, they are denied from their basic rights for education, travelling, social, medical, etc as well as being separated or even forced not to associate with their families! How could a democratic government do this to it’s people??!!
I will share this to more people and create the awareness so that the ban will be lifted!

Either Tibetans are clowns or everything is really just about impermanence. First there is the ban and everyone trying trying to proof why there is a ban and the basis for the ban. Then there is no ban and everyone trying to proof there is a ban and evidence of the ban. Ban or no ban, one thing for sure there is no freedom of religious practice! Call it whatever you want, when there is evidence of discrimination and violence, it's proof there is no freedom! You don't have to make it a law but when people are incited to discriminate and harm others, when people are terrorized into state of fear, these are all evidence of oppression. That is what has to stop!

I have witnessed discrimination and illegal "persecutions" put against Dorje Shugden practitioners. The proofs of the Dorje Shugden ban is obviously and some people have simple chosen to ignore it so they don't have to do much, they never cared about the ban anyway. Shugden practitioners are segregated ans separated from families and friends, how is this religious then? Where is the tolerance and acceptance?

This is so unbelievable. To state that there is no ban when so many have been kicked out of their monastery. They can not be associated to Dalai Lama followers. They don't get access to their local shops. They don't have access to the hospital care...
Families get mixed up, children don't want to be associated with their mother or father... Friends are rare. Difficulty to find work. Even getting threatened and attacked. The toll to pay to practice Dorje Shugden is very heavy for people in the tibetan exile community.

The documentation of edicts that in clear terms spell out the barring of Shugden practitioners from entering shops and clinics, barring of Shugden practitioners from holding jobs in government departments, as well as the signages put up forbidding entry to Shugden practitioners. And above all the use of ID cards. How more definitive can it be? What else needed to be added as further proof. There is further undeniable evidence in the violent persecution and discrimination of Shugden people. SO CAN THE CTA STEP FORWARD AND OFFICIALLY SAY THAT THESE EVIDENCES ARE NOT TO BE TAKEN SERIOUSLY  - THAT THERE IS NO BAN?

It just occurred to me if there is no Ban then the conduct of the CTA is worse than we can imagine.

As an example if there is a law that say you cannot spit in public places and you do then you have violated the law and you can be punished.

If the Dalai Lama says there is no Ban on the worship of Dorje Shugden, then the imposed restrictions, discrimination and punishments on Shugdenpas are illegal.  Why is the CTA acting illegally in accordance with international protection to freedom?

Totally illogical for CTA to be the official representatives of the Tibetan in exile.  Tibetan should see this conflict of actions and words. It also illogical to ask for freedom of Tibet when CTA itself does not practise freedom.
