I wonder if the International Shugden Community will be planning protest outside Boulder this coming October to co-incide with the Dalai Lama's visit.
The Living Peace Award is presented to His Holiness, The Dalai Lama by Sakyong Mipham Rinpoche in 1996 at the Great Stupa in the Shambhala Mountain Retreat in Larimer County.
