.…Instead of turning away people who practise Dorje Shugden, we should be kind to them. Give them logic and wisdom without fear, then in time they give up the ‘wrong’ practice. Actually Shugden practitioners are not doing anything wrong. But hypothetically, if they are, wouldn’t it be more Buddhistic to be accepting? So those who have views against Dorje Shugden should contemplate this. Those practicing Dorje Shugden should forbear with extreme patience, fortitude and keep your commitments. The time will come as predicted that Dorje Shugden’s practice and it’s terrific quick benefits will be embraced by the world and it will be a practice of many beings.

There’s a newly loaded video on the ban of Shugden and how NKT is involved. This video does not make NKT look good. It presentation seems maybe lop sided to me. They can also interview people who went away from the Dalai Lama also. Then it would seem fair. But then it’s just my simple opinion.
You take a look and see how you feel.

Dalai Lama stresses he is against spirit worship. But it is not the right of the Dalai Lama in any democratic country to say what people can and cannot worship. When he speaks against any form of worship, then he can be in legal and ethical problems. The whole idea of democracy is freedom of worship. Full stop.

This documentary was highly biased it didnt concentrate on the issue at all rather it was more suggestive of how the NKT is an evil cult, Im not suprised by the BBC doing this really they have no impartiality when it comes to the Dalai lama this documentary is over 10 years old I wonder how they would cope with the new evidence that has come to light of the Dalai lama brutality against his own people ?

The Tibetan history of dharma politics in Tibet were filled with such violence. Politically the tradition is becoming more Catholic. The system from its beginnings is filled with spiritual idolatry, and shamanism. The ritual structure is spiritual worship and the Bon tradition as well. In the democratic system people can choose who or what they will choose. This is becoming a Inquisition movement of the Communist and the traditional political movement. I have no attraction to this movement, or to their main teacher. I respect His Holiness who is part of my root teacher, but I stand for freedom of all Buddhist to practice what they want. There is no Pope in Buddhadharma. It is like Luther breaking away from the main authority. Free Dharma practice for all the sanghas.
