I believe in my own thoughts that the Dalai Lama is a Buddha and he wouldn’t have gained anything from causing havoc to the villagers. There must be a valid reason, there always is. It is not the Dalai Lama but the Tibetan government who is stopping the spread of religious freedom. Dorje Sugden practitioners were banned so that the practice of Dorje Sugden would eventually indirectly effect other people to practice DS’s practice, especially for the people who despise the Dalai Lama, they will have merits.
