The first time I was introduced to Lord Dorje Shugden was around 2002. My Lama’s assistant spoke to my wife and me of a secret Dharma Protector. She explained that this Protector is powerful and very swift in assisting those in need.
At the time, we were into the fourth month of a retreat that our Lama had advised us to do. His assistant then explained to us that we should add this Protector’s prayers into the retreat. We were given 5 sheets of prayers – prayers to invite Dorje Shugden and his retinue, and prayers for the serkyem offering.
Prior to the retreat, our financial situation was at its lowest, we were literally broke. We started a small business from home and business was not good at all. It was only when we started doing prayers and serkyem offerings to Dorje Shugden during the retreat that our business started to grow.
Also, my wife used to have frequent nightmares and bad experiences of spirits disturbing her. These unpleasant ordeals also went away when she started doing Dorje Shugden’s practice. Today, she has no more of these problems. We have also been fortunate enough to have had divinations done and Dorje Shugden has always given us clear and precise answers and solutions to situations we were facing.
The above accounts are just a few of many examples of how Dorje Shugden has helped and is still helping my family and I since we were so fortunate to have come under his divine care and protection.
I would trust Dorje Shugden and my Lama with my life. It was by their guidance and kindness that I was given a new lease of life and assisted in many difficult situations.

Wow, you are so lucky to have such a kind Lama to have given you and your wife this powerful Protector Dorje Shugden’s practice. Thank you for sharing your experiences here with us Oliver. It helps to bring his beneficial practice into more reality and strengthen our faith even stronger. Amazing how he is able to help us in all aspect of our lives, with financial stability, with unnatural disturbance, with health or safety issues, with family issues and most importantly he helps in our spiritual path. No one can go wrong doing his practice and may his illogical ban by the CTA be swiftly lifted so many more may receive his beneficial practice without hindrance.

You and your wife are indeed blessed to have met your lama when you did. But then again, it might have been through your own karma that you met up with your lama. That good karma would have gone to nought had you not heeded your lama’s advice to add Dorje Shugden prayers into your retreat.
The connection might have been made in a previous life but you did pick it up and continued with the practice and gained the merits to receive Dorje Shugden’s assistance.
