I have only just received the Protector’s practice but already I have seen the power of his blessings!
When I was invited to join my very first puja with my Dharma community, I replied with an apology and said I would not be able to attend it as I had to take my wife out for dinner. I always take my wife out on the weekend and it has become a routine. If for any reason I tell her that I cannot take her out for dinner, she would become very angry and not speak to me for a day or two.
A Dharma sister advised me to tell my wife that I needed to go for prayers and the Protector would help me to make this possible. That gave me confidence.
I took my wife out for lunch that Sunday and told her about the puja. I said I wouldn’t be able to take her out to dinner that night. Not only did she accept it, but also asked to take-out the food from our lunch for her dinner. I was very, very surprised because she would never eat the same food twice in the same day. I looked at her blankly, a little surprised, and she simply replied that she didn’t want to trouble me to have to come out and get her dinner again later.
So I made it to my first protector puja, made possible by Dorje Shugden himself –
thank you!

Oh wow! What a quick help from the Protector Dorje Shugden. Sometimes we are in a relationship and so set in our ways, we get upset if there were changes made to our daily routine. In this case Dorje Shugden had help your wife to accept your attendance of the puja and even ordered the same food for dinner. What a surprise, albeit a pleasant one. However, I wonder why did you not invite her to attend the puja with you? Maybe she would surprise you by attending as well.
Thank you for sharing Zack H. and may you always be blessed by Dorje Shugden as you progress in your spiritual path.

That’s an interesting turn of events. I knew of someone who actually decided to cook a vegetarian dinner for my family so that she could follow us to puja one day. It was a miracle as we seldom meet her and when we bumped into her and it came out that we were planning to go for puja one night, she just asked to join.
It was such a surprise. Turn out she needed some spiritual help and calming influence which the puja did give her. Sometimes, we meet people at the right time without either party realising it at the moment. There is no such thing as a coimcidence.
