The Panchen Lama is the highest ranking Lama after the Dalai Lama in the Gelugpa lineage of Tibetan Buddhism.
His main monastery Tashi Lhunpo has a long history of practicing Dorje Shugden which continues strongly until today.
The Panchen Lama Himself is a strong practitioner of Dorje Shugden.
The monks in Tshi Lhunpo Monastery do puja to Dorje Shugden daily

thanks a lot for all these beautiful pictures and messages
can I just point out one thing, Panchen Lama is actually considered to be on the spiritual level higher than Dalai Lama, since he is a manifestation of Buddha Amitabha, to whose family Chenrezig belongs

i had only heard of Tashi Lhunpo from the storyof the arising of Dorje Shugden and this is the first time, i’m seeing pictures of this monastery, the seat of the Panchen Lamas. That the Panchen Lama is the highest spiritual leader after the Dalai Lama.
There is the Dorje Shugdens statues and entire entourage of the 8 Guiding Monks, 9 Mother and 10 youthful and wrathful assistants. There are beautiful thangkas as well.
Thank you for this beautiful photos.
