DEHRADUN, INDIA - Of late, Phayul, TibetSun.com and TibetanJournal.com have been awash with news about Penpa Tsering’s recent dismissal from the post of dhonchoe (Dalai Lama’s representative) of North America. It is the latest scandal to infiltrate every teashop conversation throughout the Tibetan refugee settlements.
Yet amidst the petty bickering about who is right, who is wrong, who said what, which supporters are more violent and where did the money go – what everyone has forgotten is the welfare of the Tibetans in Tibet.
The Tibetan leadership are more interested in fulfilling their political vendettas and concerned about maintaining their access to easy money, than about accomplishing something that will benefit the Tibetan population as a whole. There is bountiful proof of this.
- The Tibetan leadership are always talking about how harsh life is under the Chinese leadership, and how the Tibetan people are supposedly oppressed. If that were true, where is the urgency to do something about it? 60 years after going into exile, and decades after the last fact-finding trip to Tibet, there has been no change in the situation. Since Sikyong Lobsang Sangay came into power, he has not held one single talk with any member of the Chinese leadership. That alone is proof that Lobsang Sangay is ineffective as a leader because he has made scant, if any, progress in accomplishing what all Tibetans want, which is to be reunited inside Tibet.
- The Tibetan media is filled with news about their scandals and segregation, and blame games. There is hardly ever news about their advocacy work any more, which these days appears to be predominantly funded and carried out by internationally-based non-governmental organizations (NGOs). These NGOs tend to be operated and maintained by non-Tibetans, with minimal involvement and input from the CTA.
- The fact the Tibetan monasteries still have to beg for money is proof that the Tibetan leadership have no interest in protecting Tibetan culture. In pre-1959, the monasteries were supported by the laity as well as the government, who extended assistance to struggling monasteries. In a post-exile Tibet, the monasteries have to send their monks on demeaning exhibition tours around the world. On these tours, they proffer holy rituals, intricate mandala exhibitions and sacred dances for people to gawk at, all in exchange for a fee, like some sort of spiritual freak show. It seems that under the Tibetan leadership, also known as the Central Tibetan Administration (CTA based in Dharamsala), everything is for sale at a price, even their precious religion.
The problem is that life in exile has become too easy, to the point the Tibetan leadership have forgotten about the supposed “sufferings” of their people inside Tibet. In exile, they have all the freedoms afforded to them which they fully exploit:
- They can buy houses using money from dubious sources, and maintain multiple bank accounts
- They can take out loans then repurpose them as gifts or contributions
- They can beg for donations on the pretext of helping earthquake victims, but never actually disburse the money, keeping it instead in their own bank accounts
- They can travel at will on one of their many international passports while they sabotage their own people’s chances at different passports
- They can send their children to the best schools and universities around the world
- They can relocate their families to Western countries
But how come you never hear of members of the Tibetan leadership relocating their families back to Tibet, when the doors are wide open (as has been demonstrated by many people like Amchok Rinpoche)? If they wish so badly to return to Tibet, and if people like Amchok Rinpoche have demonstrated that a safe and successful return is possible, how come they have not moved in that direction?
So the question that is left to be asked is, if life in Tibet is not so bad as the CTA claim (as demonstrated by Amchok Rinpoche), and if there are no legal limitations to their return to Tibet, do they actually want to go back to Tibet? What if they do not actually want to return to their homeland but are just keeping up their charade of being suppressed refugees, in order to keep the easy money rolling in?
Compared to the Tibetans, whose settlements are filled with golden temples and huge altars bedecked in jewels, no other refugee community in the world has been so successful in raising money from the international community. The so-called Tibetan cause has attracted celebrity supporters from all over the globe, whose advocacy has generated billions in donations and aid for the Tibetan community since 1959.
Meanwhile, while the Tibetan leaders live this cushy life in exile, the Tibetans who chose to remain in (or returned to) Tibet watch in disgust as their government misbehaves in this way. Through channels like WeChat, they hear about Sikyong Lobsang Sangay and Penpa Tsering fanning the flames of regionalism, caught in a never-ending catfight over ‘who said what to who’ and ‘who did what to who and when’. These are the same people in Tibet that the CTA claims are “suffering” under the so-called “yoke” of Chinese oppression. The CTA likes to claim that life in Tibet is so bad that hundreds of people have had to self-immolate in protest. Yet, despite the fact that hundreds of Tibetans have committed suicide, the leaders of the CTA continue to be caught up in their personal issues rather than focus on the loss of Tibetan lives.
If the CTA had any compassion for their people in Tibet, they would get their act together, stop fighting and start thinking about the welfare of their people, both in India and in Tibet too.
- Will Lhagyari Namgyal Dolkar stop with her street brawls and hooliganism, and think about the people in Tibet for just one second?
- Will Lobsang Sangay keep his sticky fingers out of the Tibetan refugee honeypot, and stop reassigning money based on his whims and fancies?
- Will Dhardon Sharling use her wits and intelligence in favor of political advancements, instead of her feminine wiles?
- Will Lodi Gyari and his son-in-law give the money that people donated to suffering Tibetans, to the Tibetans who are actually suffering?
- Will Junchen Konchok stop organizing rangzen conferences which are specifically against the Dalai Lama’s Middle Way Approach?
- Will the Tibetan leaders fund projects that benefit the Tibetan community, instead of websites and videos that aim to segregate a portion of their population like Dorje Shugden practitioners?
- Will the Tibetan leaders allow a fair and transparent election to be run, instead of changing the rules mid-way through?
- Will the Tibetan leaders allow newspapers to operate and report on issues without the threat of violent censorship?
Sadly, the Tibetan leadership seem to be entirely incapable of this, as potshot after potshot is fired from one camp to another.
All Tibet observers should really take note that if conditions in Tibet were really so bad, nothing else would occupy the minds of the CTA leaders. More column inches would be dedicated to those issues, rather than the political and financial scandals that the CTA is constantly embroiled in. The truth is, Tibetans in Tibet may have more of a chance at a better life under Chinese leadership than under the incompetent, inward-looking and self-absorbed Tibetan leaders.
As it is, the NGOs talk so much more about the conditions in Tibet, while Lobsang Sangay himself speaks comparatively little of it. It also seems now that it is every single month where he is on some kind of tour of America or Europe, and spending less and less time in Dharamsala. Of late, Lobsang Sangay has also been appointed one of the Dalai Lama’s two special emissaries, authorized to represent the Dalai Lama. We can therefore all be sure that Tibetans in Dharamsala will be seeing much less of their Prime Minister, who will now be acting as the Dalai Lama’s representative too.
Which job will take precedence in Lobsang Sangay’s mind, the one where he is an elected official representing the exiled Tibetan people, or the one where he was specially appointed by the Dalai Lama himself to represent him? It will clearly be the more lucrative position and well, which position garners more glamor, respect and funding? The one where he is the Dalai Lama’s representative or where he is an elected representative of the Tibetan people? We all know what Lobsang Sangay’s choice is going to be, and whose name he is going to use and abuse.
Only time will tell what the CTA’s real intentions are but based on their track record since 1959, it is clearly not a motivation that is of the people, for the people, and nor will it ever be.

Whatever the Tibetans would like to accuse China of, they have to be aware that China knows that the country can only prosper when their citizens do well. The CTA are in a hurry to fill their personal coffers as they know time is running out for them. They do not have the well being of the Tibetans at heart.
China may tough on the Tibetans but they also realize the value of their traditions and culture and the beauty of the Tibetan plateau. That will benefit the Tibetans as well.

Seriously, the headline “CTA neglects Tibetans in Tibet” is an understatement to what CTA has been doing all these while. CTA has not, and I don’t think they will ever be, looking out for the benefits of the Tibetans, whom they shameless parade in front of generous and gullible westerners to beg for monies.
CTA is a very unique breed, who can only be successful by riding on unbending stigma of the Tibetan Buddhism which they so heartlessly divide and abuse. Tibetans are staunch believer of His Holiness the Dalai Lama, and they will not defy anything HHDL says nor will the Tibetans check the facts inspite of the modern digital era where info is rampantly available.
CTA is aware of this and exploits HHDL, exploits the fact that people worship HHDL, and allows Buddhism to degrade into mere tool for CTA to pocket donations and material possessions from gullible donors. Year on year, we see the damage of this exploitation on the Tibetan people as well as on Buddhism.
There are many examples where families are destoryed, Guru-Disciple relationships are broken, DS people lost their job, lost their family, lost their property, etc, and monks are forced to lie or break their vows. As well as unsettling disunity and disharmony within the community due to hatred incited by CTA’s propanganda.
Yet, so many years on, even after the damages of the exploitation became apparent and evidental, CTA refuses to stop their propoganda and segregation; CTA is also not looking at rectifying the issue. This is what makes CTA so despisable!

Heart advice for the U-Tsang People
The Modus Operandi to silencing us:
“Such criticism will make our enemy glad and our brethren sad. Why are we doing this to ourselves?”
——
MY HEART ADVICE TO MY DEAR U-TSANG PEOPLE PART II
NOVEMBER 22, 2017 (WILD JEPA)
This is Tibetan domestic politics, not Tibet-China politics. So, keep the debate in context.
Their modus operandi in silencing us is this:
(1) Your criticism will create division within our community along regional lines. But when Khampas do it, either people claim it as their fundamental rights, or they will just ignore it. Shugden activists (99% are Khampas) talked shit about the Dalai Lama and CTA on youtube for years, and nobody lifted even a finger. Why this double standard? Why is it wrong for a non-Khampa Tibetan— who has not sold his soul to the Chinese— to blow a whistle?
(2) This “division” will upset the Dalai Lama, and he will not live long. If something happens to him, then you are responsible. Don’t do it near the CTA and HH. You are a Shugden follower.
(3) Such criticism will make our enemy glad and our brethren sad. Why are we doing this to ourselves?
(4) We are an exile community and not an independent country so don’t copy the West. Shame on you!
(5) If you want to criticize, do so to the Chinese. When you do, they tell you to do the Middle Way, not the Rangzen way!
(6) Your freedom of speech hurts our unity. Stop comparing our society to others because we are refugees.
(7) Your freedom of thought is disturbing the minds of our people and the peace in our community.
(8) Your freedom of expression is a bad example to the Tibetan youth.
(9) Freedom of speech has limits. Why are you doing the work of Chinese–our enemy? You are one brainwashed idiot.
(10) You are hurting the Tibetan cause.
(11) You are anti-Dalai Lama, anti-CTA, anti-Tibetan, anti-Gaden Phodrang, un-Tibetan, un-Buddhist, CCP agent
(12) If you want to protest, then go to the Chinese embassy.
(13) One scare tactic they use quite successfully is “The ghosts of regionalism from the 60s up to 90s will revisit our small community and the Dalai Lama will be upset.
Bottom line is STF! Follow the Chota Supreme Leader! Follow him blindly!
Their objective is to create fear, guilt, and shame in you, so you get paralyzed even to react, and that’s when they gain total control over you with ease. Our job is not to behave slavishly. No response can be more fitting than this! Their deflection tactic for criticism will fail!
Anytime you criticize a Utsang leader, Khampas will tell you ” You are an honest upfront brave man!” But when you criticize a Khampa leader they will tell you,” I thought you were brave and honest, but you are not! You are rude! You are regional!
Dear U-Tsangs, I understand it is not easy for you to come out of your deep slumber. For centuries, we practiced pacifism after having been inspired by Buddhism. But the price we pay for pacifism and meekness is the erosion of our pride, courage, unity, and determination. It is psychologically harmful to our children. No more nyamchung crap!
Sing this new prayer with the same Tsemay younten tune, and you will get the message.
Tsemay younten gyatsoe pel nga shing
Nyamchung go la dho tar shak sha rey
Jigten dodhang dhinday yin na
Dhue nam yang khur thuppa mindhuk !
When my nine-year-old son Gyakhab Rangzen asked me one day out of the blue “Daddy, why are our U-Tsang people so meek? “
At first, I was taken aback at his observation. Regaining my composure, I told him “Son, we are not cowards. We had a central government, and so we abandoned tribalism for unity long ago. We are used to peace for long, and hence we forgot the art of war. And to protect our skin, we now do become selfish not realizing that it is harder to break a dozen arrows than one. Remember, we U-Tsangs once unified the whole of Tibet and conquered distant lands through war. We were warriors once. History is the witness. We can be warriors again”.
He hugged me with his chest puffed up with pride and confidence. I will never forget that day because I was the happiest daddy and he was the proudest son in the whole world, and we both are hardcore U-Tsangs.
Yes, in pacifism, we become rats. And when the rats get disoriented with fear they will attack the victim, not the perpetrator because it is safe and comfortable. We allow Khampas to use U-Tsangs to attack our own. Remember Yapchen Passang Tsewang attacked our hero Dawa Tsering with false allegations. Who can forget it?
Tenpa Yarphel and his ilk bullied him for fifteen years over the Yongling school despite losing the battle legally many times. They also brought up false murder allegations against Penpa Tsering to bring him down to ensure the victory of their root guru Lobsang Sangay. What U-Tsang attacked Khampas so mercilessly with such hate and jealousy raging in their eyes in the past six decades? None.
We respected them for their courage, straightforwardness, decisiveness, resoluteness and the help they render to their tribe. But what have we got back? Nothing but negative regionalism, intimidation, hatred, jealousy, bullying, exploitation, discrimination, insults, death threats, and assaults. Nothing but attacks after attacks!
Now we begin to witness our patience has both depth and limit. Always remember, when a Khampa hurls outrageous allegations on a U-Tsang, our leadership is silent. But when a U-Tsang fights back, the administration goes reciting the mantra,
“Om, Unity! Unity! Unity!”
Call me names or do what you can, I will not budge an inch so should you not. Let the sky fall; I don’t give a damn. If regionalism and disunity are suffering–let both, not one–suffer!
I will never ever abandon the death-bed advice that my father gave me long ago, “Even if you are reduced to a life of slums and misery, never sell your soul to the Red China who is responsible for the loss of our country and our dignity. Fight if you can as a Tibetan for nothing less than total independence. But if Khampa regionalism urinates on the head of U-Tsangs, then you should stand up first and fight as a hardcore U-Tsang! And lead others by example. When in international politics, play your Tibetan role: When in Tibetan domestic politics, play your U-Tsang role. ”
Vow not to shove shit in to the mouth of a U-Tsang who served you butter and honey!
Vow not to kiss the ass of a Khampa who urinated on your head!
If you stick to these two vows then you are a U-Tsang who will earn the respect and votes of all other U-Tsangs.
Don’t forget November 27, 2017 Monday 10 am sharp!
Blast the Kashag building with slogans !

The Tibetans in exile is living in poor state. And because of Dorje Shugden’s ban, many families and friends are separated and live in fear and hatred. Yet, the refugees in exile are still kept not united just because the CTA are so afraid to unite their people and their hidden agenda will be explore.
If a government is truly serving their peoples, the first come in is the unity and harmony of the people living in the country. But, what I see is, the government create so much hatred among their own people. How long could CTA play this trick to harm their peoples more?

Tibetans Stage Demonstration Near CTA Dharamshala
November 27, 2017
This morning a group of Tibetans have gathered at the basket ball ground in the vicinity of Central Tibetan Administration compound in Dharamshala holding placards calling for the protection of integrity in Tibetan administration. The demonstration is being held in relation to the issue of ousting the North America representative Mr. Penpa Tsering earlier this month.
The demonstration as being circulated in the internet a video interview with one of the participants demands the CTA to assign an independent committee to make an investigation in the issue of Kashag’s decision to replacing the North America representative Mr. Penpa Tsering. They demonstrators are arguing that the decision was not fair from the side of Kashag which pointed out 10 reasons in replacing the representative.
Kashag’s (Cabinet Secretary) Additional Secretary Mr. Phuntsok Tsering has been handed a memorandum from the demonstrators which the secretary informed that will be discussed during the bi-weekly cabinet meetings at the Central Tibetan Administration scheduled on Tuesdays and Fridays.
According to the interview, there are approximately around 100 people gathered for the demonstration who have come from different places like Nepal, Delhi, Bylakuppe, Dehradun, Dharamshala, etc.
The Kashag on November 7 appointed the Education Kalon Ngodup Tsering as the new Representative of North America based in Washington DC. The Kashag cited the removal of incumbent representative Mr. Penpa Tsering as per Chapter 1 Article 1(3) of the Tibetan Charter and Article 19(1) of the Tibetan Public Service Commission rules and regulations. It further issued a 10 point clarification for the removal of the representative on November 11.

Historic protest against CTA targets Penpa Tsering dismissal
By Lobsang Wangyal
McLEOD GANJ, India, 27 November 2017
For the first time in nearly 60 years, Tibetans in exile held a protest against the Cabinet (Kashag) of the Central Tibetan Administration. They were challenging its controversial decision to sack the Representative of the Dalai Lama to North America in Washington DC.
Kashag had announced on 7 November that Representative Penpa Tsering had been fired from his position. He has been ordered to leave office on 30 November.
About 100 people gathered at the basketball ground on the premises of the CTA demonstrating against the Kashag’s action. The protestors also expressed dissatisfaction with the 10-point response that had been issued by the Cabinet.
Last week a few dozen Tibetans staged a protest in New York City over the same issue. A few also protested in Toronto, Canada, during Lobsang Sangay’s visit to the country.
The majority of the demonstrators in Dharamshala are from McLeod Ganj. A few had travelled from other places. While carrying out their peaceful silent protest, an announcer said that if any outsiders come to provoke them, they would not use any violence against them.
Banners hanging on the walls read: Movement for promotion of CTA’s integrity; No misuse of power; Do not destroy His Holiness’ legacy; No disregard to public aspirations; and, We need an independent commission to resolve the matter immediately.
Dolma Bam, one of the staunch supporters of Lobsang Sangay in the 2011 election, was among the protestors today. He said, “We are not protesting against the CTA. We are seeing an injustice. There is not a good reason to sack Penpa Tsering. I feel that Lobsang Sangay is destroying the CTA. We are here to protect the CTA from destruction.”
“We are no more able to trust and rely on Lobsang Sangay. There is lack of honesty and justice, and the reasons given by Kashag are unacceptable,” he said.
Sherab Dolma, 81, who was the oldest among the protestors, said, “I would like the Kashag to be truthful. Do not dismiss those who are working hard.”
“I don’t know if the Kashag will pay heed to us, but it will be a shame for them. It is for the first time that the public is protesting against it.”
Organic farmer Rinzin Dorje travelled the longest distance to participate in the demonstration, from Bylakuppe in South India. Dorje said, “I was shocked to hear about the sacking of Representative Penpa Tsering. It came all of a sudden. The Kashag’s decision doesn’t do any good for the Tibetan cause.”
“None of the 10-point reasons given by Kashag calls for expulsion of a Representative from his duty. We now call for the formation of an independent committee to give a recommendation after impartial investigation of information from both the sides.”
Dorje added that if the matter doesn’t get a fair judgment, they will continue with their agitation.
Salam (who uses only one name), 36, had travelled from Goa to join the protest. “I am neither supporting Lobsang Sangay, nor Penpa Tsering. I am here to support the truth. Penpa Tsering has rejected Kashag’s 10-point charges. That has raised the question.”
“We do not need explanation, we need the reason why Penpa Tsering was expelled. We have the right to know. We demand an independent committee to investigate the matter.”
Tsultrim Dorje, 53, had come from Kathmandu, Nepal. He said he voted for Lobsang Sangay in the 2011 election. “I have heard lies over the years from Lobsang Sangay as the leader. He has been deceiving the people.”
He said that Kashag’s ten reasons created more doubts than clarity. “Unless justice is done, we will not stop our movement.”
One of the protestors left his winter sweater business and travelled to Dharamshala to join the demonstration. Tsering Wangchuk, 36, is from Dekiling, but does his winter sweater business in Rajasthan. He said that Penpa Tsering has not made any comments so far out of respect for the rules. “I have full confidence that Penpa Tsering will come out clean from this situation.”
A protestor from Sikkim said that she is a ‘Denjongpa’, but her husband who passed away a few years ago, was a Tibetan. She said, “I am here to support truth and justice. Kashag’s reasons are not satisfactory. The Dalai Lama is working so hard for Tibet, and what the Kashag has done makes me worry about what China will think. Tibetans should work in unity to achieve their goals.”
Five representatives of the protestors approached the Cabinet Secretariat to present a memorandum. The Additional Secretary of the Secretariat Phuntsok Tsering received the memorandum from them at the entrance of the Secretariat, and said that he will hand over the memorandum to the Cabinet tomorrow when the President of CTA and the ministers meet for their weekly meeting.
Answering questions from the the media, he said, “People have the right to demonstrate in a democratic society. Kashag will look into their demands and will make a decision.”
Penpa Tsering has said that he will respond to the Kashag’s 10-point charges against him after he leaves his office on 30 November.

Lobsang Sangay’s intention and action, Im sure many people around the world has already know very well which he is only interested with how much money he can grab from the Tibetan cause and not for the Tibetans, he hold western passport, he has money outside of Tibet/India, and his travelling every month, I’m also very sure that His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama also can see that and know about it, but I’m wondering that why is Dalai Lama still pick him as his representative? Im sure many people are more suitable than him, but why him?

The Dalai Lama said that he cannot change his religion to enter into the Hindu temple. He wants to visit the Hindu temple, but he cannot change his religion. Only those of Hindu faith can enter this temple. He tried to enter by saying indirectly make an exception. But the Hindu priest said no. Even for the Dalai Lama, a big celebrity, the rules cannot be changed. It would have been nice if the priest did change the rules because the temple is to be visited by all and blessings are for everyone.
Similarly, Dorje Shugden people cannot change their religion so they cannot enter the Dalai Lama’s temple. So the situation is exactly the same. It would be nice if the Dalai Lama himself can change his rules too.

The temple is absolutely stunning! I realize that it’s an offering to the Buddhas but shouldn’t it also be according to what we can afford? Why spend so much money on a temple when it can be spent on the suffering Tibetans? Why is the Sikyong even involved in secular and spiritual matters? Just stick to one for goodness sake. Nice to see that the members of the government can spend so much time and effort going overseas but not spending enough time to make conversations with China. Spend so much time to solicit donations but can’t spend time for the welfare of the Tibetans. Where do they even get the money to travel so much. Back in the days when the Sanghas don’t even have to leave their monastery tobegfor donations but now they have to leave to do that. I find it extremely angered to read about the CTA. I wonder if other people feel the same reading about how unkind and heartless they are. And then they have the joker, MP Lhagyari Namgyal Dolkar making a scene in public. So humiliating. Instead of behaving like a civilized person, she was acting like an uncivilized person. And so many more like her. And people expect these type of people to talk to the Chinese government and represent the Tibetans.

Why keep talking about how bad the situation of the Tibetan instead do something practical to change the life of the Tibetan? Since Lobsang Sangay took over until today nothing has been done be it from the political aspect to have dialogue with the Chinese or improvement of Tibetan welfare. If Penpa Tsering is being replace due to ineffective why Lobsang Sangay can still remain in his position where he had failed to bring lift up Tibetan welfare and direction for Tibetan future?
The Tibetan need to voice up already to let the world know how bad their situation is and it has been for so long. Nothing stronger than their own voice as they are the one that going through the suffering from their government that only thinking for themselves.

I only see Tibetan Leadership always on news blaming others. They blame Dorje shugden practitioner and China and go around the world to ask for donation. And what we see is Tibetan in exile are still suffer in India and no transparency on how the donation fund being used. 60 years gone, i pity the Tibetan and feel sad.

CTA will never grow any better as long as under management of a leader who could only self benefiting. It baseless Tibet will be in democratic where the so-called “government” not supporting, funding for their people welfare and resource. People will lose trust, hope and leave if there nothing benefiting them. So, how could Tibet be democracy if there’s none support from the Tibetans? To be in success in democracy, the main source was support from citizens not money and power.

The CTA can’t be bothered about the Tibetans in Tibet. The CTA also can’t be bothered with the Tibetans in Dharamsala. It makes no difference to them. All they want is to get more funds for themselves and as long as they live comfortably they don’t mind being refugees. But the CTA must not forget one thing, that the Tibetans in Tibet leads a happier life unlike them still staying in a foreign lands which does not even belong to them and the term will expire soon. Prime Minister Lobsang Sangay is not doing his role as a Prime Minister to help his people from the sufferings or perhaps he can’t even be bothered with the sufferings because it is not him.

Of course the CTA won’t bother about the Tibetans in Tibet. Coz they don’t even bother about the Tibetans in India. They only bother about how much money go into their pocket. Lobsang Sangay can’t be the Sikyong, everybody knows this, only Dalai Lama doesn’t know. He, (or the CTA), doesn’t even allow Tibetans in India to go back to Tibet now although China’s door is wide open. Why? Simple maths, if all the Tibetan go back to India, who else is in the pocket to play sympathy card? Lobsang Sangay need his Tibetans! Not for good things, but he needs them to play sympathy card to get money from other countries, NGOs. Lobsang Sangay, u claim that yourself is a Buddhist, you claim that your government practice Buddhism. But, do you believe in karma? Do you know karma will strike you?

When we look at the scenario now, it is apparent to see if all Tibetans in exile go back to Tibet, what will happen to CTA. Maybe they will have nothing else to do and that is if they really have anything to do now. By then they will have no more reasons to get money from sponsors.😆 which will be the demise of CTA.

If CTA really do their job, then no more suffering of Tibetans for so long no progress, still refugee and no better life. CTA only want to use Tibetans to get more money donation and into their pockets only.

WELL DONE! Dorjeshugden.com!
Thank you for providing us as the public many comprehensive articles regarding to the illogical BAN of Dorje Shugden. There are numerous of facts, information that make no place for the BAN to stand. CTA is definetely hopeless and unreliable, TIBETANS must escape from their control as soon as possible and stop feeding the CTA to make their OWN POCKETS FULL WITH GOLD.

Reading through ds.com article it awake me knowing more urgy and curruption situation in CTA. CTA as the representive government body of tibetan care less about benifiting their own refugee and the worse thing is use by CTA as the tool to soliciated money from fereign countries. They must get explose and stop them continue harm tibetan refugee. The hope for tibetan freedom seen like impossible with this kind of ruling. How sad and pathetic.

Tibetans protested against Lobsang Sangay outside the Office of Tibet but what response did they get from the Central Tibetan Administration? Lobsang Sangay and his administration not only failed to give satisfactory reasons why Penpa Tsering was removed from his position, he is now creating more dismay among Tibetan communities worldwide.

Dear readers,
Why are the Tibetan govt in exile not ordering their people to stop the self immolations? They dictate to them everything else they want as the Tibetan government is a dictatorship and regime and not the democracy they pretend to be.
Why do they allow the tragic loss of lives. Are they allowing their own people to self immolate so they can pressure the international community to do something? Are they letting their own people die for their own gains?
The international community will not do anything because they would rather do business with China to better the lives of their own citizens. Helping the Tibetans gives them nothing. If Tibetans want the self immolations to stop, then the Dalai Lama and Tibetan ‘government’ in exile will have to humble down and plead with China to come to begin talks again. China is Tibet’s key. By the Dalai Lama and his ‘government’ in exile always critizing China in Western medias will not make China come to talk. Who will talk to you to better your situation if you are always berating them?
If the horrible and tragic self immolations are to stop, then Dalai Lama and his ‘government’ in exile must be humble and beg China to talk and negotiate. Tibet holds no power and China holds all the power. Tibet stands to gain if Dalai Lama and his people humble down on behalf of all the Tibetans. Don’t let the lives of those self immolated have no meaning.

Prominent Buddhists in North America welcome the suspension of the Dalai Lama’s Personal Emissary of Peace, Tenzin Dhonden. Although it is not official that Tenzin Dhonden has been permanently replaced as he has hired a New York legal firm to reclaim his position on the trust, a temporary replacement has been appointed as the organisation’s “acting secretary”. It is unfortunate that His Holiness the Dalai Lama is surrounded by officials who seemed to be self-serving. This incident, and the sudden removal of Penpa Tsering are series of scandals that continue to expose more corruption and abuses within the top Tibetan leadership circle. Find out more here:

The Dalai Lama, this great monk has been cheated by all those around him and these articles on DorjeShugden.com are maybe only the tip of the iceberg???!!!
How bad to be with the Dalai Lama like this. Same for the CTA as we can read that so much money was used for themselves and not for the Tibetans… sigh
Thank you DorjeShugden.com

The Dalai Lama has banned the Dorje Shugden practice, yet millions around the world are exercising their democratic rights by practicing Dorje Shugden, so the CTA should not segregate and discriminate against them.
The Dalai Lama has banned the Rangzen (Tibet Independence) movement, yet many are exercising their democratic rights by continuing to pursue for Tibet’s independence.
Video: Rangzen people are more dangerous than Dorje Shugden people by Prof Samdhong Rinpoche: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tn62-WmDFg4
The Tibetan Youth Congress (TYC) are very defiant, within days after the Dalai Lama said that “Tibetans want to stay with China”, the TYC has announced it will take out a nationwide campaign in India calling for independence for Tibet. Shouldn’t the Tibetan leadership in Dharamsala and Dalai Lama take action against the Rangzen people? Dalai Lama has expressed that he wishes to visit Tibet and see the 6 million Tibetans before he passes. The only way to do this is to become friends with China. If that is the case, if Rangzen activist protest against China, would this not jeopardize his wishes? Tibetans are always saying they owe so much to the Dalai Lama and if this is so, shouldn’t they help the Dalai Lama return to Tibet by becoming friends with China? The first step is that the Dalai Lama and his exiled govt (CTA) in Dharamsala, North India, must start using the China flag. Show some concessions. Make China happy. If Dalai Lama wants to be an autonomous state of China under China, he has to be sincere by using the China flag first. After all, all the world leaders are now refusing to meet on official terms the Dalai Lama. Dalai Lama is being banned from more and more countries. More heads of state are scrambling to make friends with China and not Dalai Lama. To be friends or friendly with Dalai Lama will bring no economic benefits to their countries. China is the largest economy in the world now and is still growing. By being friends with China, many countries will benefit their economy and that is the first priority of all world leaders.
More leaders are not meeting the Dalai Lama and his popularity is dropping. Even if Tibetans want to use violence to overcome China, it will be impossible. Six million Tibetans cannot withstand the might of the 1.2 billion Chinese in warfare. The best route is the Dalai Lama’s middle way which is to become an autonomous state under China and he can return to Tibet to visit and see his followers who are waiting for him. All countries should not use Dalai Lama as a trump card to irritate China because of the competition with China. It is better to be friends with a super-power such as China.

I have doubts of CTA’s ability for their genuine concern of Tibetans in Tibet, they simply cannot do it. They are already fumbling so much in India trying to take care of Tibetans, so they won’t be much good for the Tibetans in China.

CTA would like to downplay Samdhong Rinpoche’s private visit to China. The fact is, in order for him to go, he needs permission of India government, China government and Dalai Lama. For someone as high profile as him and who has criticised China for decades to be even allowed to go to China shows you that he is not going there for excursion, holidays or just to meet relatives. It will definitely be something official. Since he is going as the envoy of the Dalai Lama, it is definitely to negotiate with the China government regarding Tibet’s autonomy and Dalai Lama’a returning back, it could not be anything else. Therefore it is important for CTA and all Tibetans and their supporters to stop criticising China so that the negotiation goes through smoothly, and there will be a positive resolution for Tibet and a chance for the Dalai Lama to visit China and Tibet. The irony is, after Samdhong Rinpoche visited china, he is not accused to be colluding with China government for Tibet, HE HIMSELF is going to China. So there is no point in accusing Dorje Shugden people of befriending China, because the Tibetans exiled leaders are going to China themselves now.

India and China realized the importance of maintaining peace and tranquility in the border areas, and held daylong talks to prevent border disagreements. This move shows the commitment of both giants to foster better relations with each other, seeking mutually acceptable resolutions. See the article below:
